We were not a fan of the "big Phoenix" condo's, but this one is perfectly situated next to the Bar Flora-Bama, The Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, Flora-Bama Package Store, and THE WAFFLE HOUSE! What else could you ask for, other than a beautiful beach out front and it has that too. Second time there this year and looking for dates for our next visit.

The weather was cool while we were there, but it didn’t stop us from walking the beach. The views from the balcony are wonderful. It’s the perfect size for a couple to get away. The only thing I would suggest is a broom and dust pan or an electric broom. Thank you

great rooms, convenient elevators, amenities are great. kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Beach was great.location directly next to Flora-Bama was a bonus.
