This is my second time staying at one of Lauren‘s condos. She does a great job with communication. The units are perfectly located. Very safe area very clean. Updated beds are extremely comfortable. Rooftop out to a space is exceptional. She is extremely responsive when messaging her and she’s very easy to do business with.

We went for my brother bachelor trip and absolutely loved the house! Everyone commented how nice it was every time we walked in — absolutely beautiful. Prime location for midtown and a quick uber for downtown broadway. Lauren is so easy to work with and would definitely rent again the next time I am in Nashville!

This is an A property. It is beautiful, very well appointed and well located. The host was more than accommodating and everything you need on site was there. The host had a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies with lots of local information about Nashville. I will be a return guest. A great value for the money.

We loved staying here. It was close enough to the main area of Broadway, but yet far enough away to not be bothered by the crowds. Took about five minutes by uber to get to the main area. Great location and wonderful home to share with friends. All of us said we would stay there again if ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend this home.

This is the second property of this host’s that I’ve stayed. Our experience both times was absolutely top-notch!!! This property was located very conveniently to why we were there (graduation) and was easy to get to/from wherever we needed. The property itself was perfect for the 8 of us, and it was the best ‘home base’ for our trip. Lauren is a wonderful host, and I highly recommend this, or any of her other properties. We’ll be back for sure!

We just returned from a trip to Nashville, where we stayed in this house. It was beautiful! We flew in on a late flight, and were so happy to be greeted by drinks in the refrigerator and snacks, as it was too late to get groceries. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. The house was so clean! I had great communication with the owner and felt that they were there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!
