Barb’s place was lovely! Perfect for 2 people. Clean and comfy, with an ocean view from your bed! Convenient location; food, shops, the beach all walking distance. Barb was incredibly helpful and accommodating when our flight home was canceled last minute, which really eased our stress. Mahalo, Barb!

What an incredibly convenient comfortable rental! I can’t believe how a place the size of a normal American motel felt like a luxury vacation condo. Anything we needed was there. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler with ice packs! There was a mechanical issue with our door’s key pad and the manager found a solution in no time at all which didn’t inconvenience us at all. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or duo visitors who aren’t traveling to Hawaii to stay in their room all day. And…frankly…if you did, this room would have everything you needed.

This room worked well for our 4 night stay. It’s a nice location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s nice having the beach right across the street. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We had a late night issue with the door keypad locking us out, but the owner was quick to respond and called out a locksmith that night.

We enjoyed our stay at Barb's place. The location was in a walkable area, close to beaches, and parking was easy. The beach chairs and umbrella were great. The room itself reflects the photos, and is akin to a 3 star hotel.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan property. The place is fully equipped so it's easy to cook yourself, but if you want to go out for food it's in a great location as well! Barbara was a great host and we definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect, great location close to everything. everything provided for a great stay and adventures to the beach, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. great view of the mountains and of the beach also overlooking the pool. All the amenities that you could ask for.

Great Maui Stay

Fantastic location, ....lanai great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Suite is well set up for a comfortable stay, and property manager proactive with information and excellent to deal with.
