Hi Linda,
As mentioned, the plastic was installed per the City of Oakland. It does not affect the rental. We have no control or ownership of the surrounding area. We were able to specifically describe to you the railings. We were also happy to address any issues but insisted to just not proceed with the rental. We've had no complaints to date. In fact, the guest before you would want to extend their stay. I hoped that you would have given us a chance to make your stay a comfortable one. God bless you!
