Exactly as posted and even better communication throughout the stay. Great choice for a cozy home base for the week and the sunsets off the lake were even better than sitting at Sand Point dealing with bugs. Worth staying at! Exceptional hosts!

This was a cozy cabin with a beautiful view of a small lake. We were only here for a couple of nights. The place has everything you need and was very comfortable! Would recommend and return!

Danielle’s cabin was wonderful. It is centrally located to many of the local sightseeing destinations, including waterfalls, hiking trails, Lake Superior, Pictured Rocks, and many others. The cabin is very warm and cozy with all the conveniences of home. The cabin is on furnace lake and has a rowboat and 2 kayaks. I caught 2 pike from the dock and had many other bites, while I rowed around the lake. The 2 car garage was a plus, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The cabin is dog friendly, but you wouldn’t know a dog ever stayed, because the cabin is very clean and has no wet dog smell. Our dog loved his stay at the lake. If my next visit to the Upper Peninsula is near Munising, I’ll be looking to see if Danielle’s cabin is available to rent.P.S. The water pressure in the shower is phenomenal.

Our stay at The Pines

Had a great stay! Did a lot of fishing off the dock and took our kayaks out. Perfect place to come back to after shopping, going to the beach, boat tours and hiking!

This is our second time staying at The Pines. This is the perfect location for adventuring in Munising. The kitchen has everything we need to make meals, and the hosts are fantastic about anticipating the extras that make our stay extra special and effortless.
