Swansea Lakeside Sunsets are two villas, on the shores of Lake Macquarie

Newly built modern villas, with stunning lake views over Lake Macquarie.

The property has a comfortable master bedroom with Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space.
A second bedroom has two single beds or alternatively joined together as a queen bed (if requested). There are built in robes in the second bedroom with ample storage space.
A modern kitchen allows for a dine in or alfresco options. There is seating to capture the views over the lake on the front deck and a BBQ setting out the back.
A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience, which includes a large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is a large grassy backyard for all to enjoy, and a corrugated iron outdoor bar area, with historic relics.
The property has been lovingly built, up cycling elements from the original 1950's house in a contemporary way.

Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the deck.
There is a boat ramp across the road for the boating enthusiasts, and jetty to enjoy, with parklike surrounds.

Swansea boasts a variety of restaurants and eating options for those who would rather not cook at home. There are also many other superb dining options in nearby suburbs.
Whether you want to have a hit of tennis, play ball sports on the nearby oval, or walk the beautiful foreshore, there are plenty of options for everyone

There is possibility of renting second apartment simultaneously allowing family and friends to stay in close proximity.

Great Property, excellent host

We had a great stay at the Villa. The communication with the host Mal was excellent and the house had all the amenities we required. It was fairly new, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here and if we travel back to Swansea we will definitely stay again. Thanks

Great location

We stayed 2 nights and the outlook is beautiful. Sitting on the front patio looking over the lake watching the sun go down was a highlight. So many beautiful colours. The house is very clean and well presented with everything you could ever need for a short stay. Mal was great and very accommodating, nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this property if looking for somewhere to stay between Sydney and Newcastle.

Great relaxing little getaway with great view!

We had a lovely time away with our Sister and brother in law. The unit was immaculate and well equipt with everything we needed. Some essential cupboard items left that were appreciated and just added that extra touch. We stayed with another cpl ( family) and our only gripe being the 2 singles we pushed together to make a queen were very hard tho coversations with Mal he is considering a topper so we would also return. The other is wifi - NO wifi and think the property would benefit from that but then again Mal has offered the use of a wifi dongle for next time ao all in all very accomodating which is very appreciated. Fantastic relaxing little getaway, the men fished off the jetty just across the way! Will def go back :)

Very nice plac

very nice place to stay only thing i could say is you feel as if your under constant surveillance with all the security cameras would be good to know if cameras where on or off whilst your there.
