Apartment with Panoramic Sea Views, Communal Pool

This newly renovated apartment offers spectacular panoramic view of the city and sea. You can look down over the cityscape of Nice, the Baie des Anges, port and the old castle. The closest beach is approx. a 5 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and into the old town of Nice. Some excellent restaurants, hot nightspots and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies’ pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a good size balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a new bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and induction stove.
The pool is open 15 April to 30 October.
One set of bedlinen and towels for 1 double bed (2 people) are included in the price. Supplementary bedlinen and towels for the sofa bed will be provided for €30.

Our Concierge will meet you in front of the building, where the apartment is located, to hand over the keys to you. She will explain where everything is and how everything works. She can be contacted anytime throughout the stay. We are also available as a backup.
