SWIMMING POOL, RELAX, LOTS OF GREEN, ETNA AND SEA
The villa is located in Pedara, a picturesque town in the Etna park, 15 km from Catania, 18km from the beach, 50km from Taormina. The characteristic of modernity, while respecting the colors and shades of the place, give a touch of elegance. The villa has a 500sqm garden where there is a swimming pool and a barbecue area. From many sides of the villa you can admire the landscape with the Ionian sea and Etna in the background. The interior extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, a lounge and a bedroom with bathroom; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Furthermore, in the living room there is a double sofa bed. The house is equipped with all the features for a perfect holiday surrounded by greenery and tranquility and equipped with a swimming pool shared with the owner who lives only on the floor below with an independent entrance and works all day, so the common areas can be considered almost private .

Annonce inadaptée

Annonce mensongère nous étions huit il y avait huit serviettes de douches mais rien pour la piscine et impossibilité de changer de serviettes pendant le séjour il n'y a que six chaises dans la villa trois transats pour la piscine nous étions huit des câbles électriques apparent une multiprise sous l'évier qui prenait l'eau et fait disjoncter le compteur le propriétaire c'est permis de faire une fête alors que son appartement est en liaison directe avec les chambres nous n'avions qu'un petit portail de 60 à 70 cm de large pour entrer et sortir pas pratique avec les valises et pour finir il me dit qu'il ne me rendrai que la moitié de la caution car Abritel prenait 10% de trop en charge chose que je n'ai pas trop compris du coup 150 euros perdu sur ma caution se gars est un voleur et la villa ne vaut pas le prix qu'il en demande à éviter.J'oubliai il n'y a pas d'aspirateur pour le ménage pas de fer à repasser une petite cafetière italienne pour quatre petites tasses et le logement était sale pour finir car il y en aurait à dire il n'y à réellement que six couchage car les canapés sont morts et si vous voulez que la piscine soit propre c'est à vous de vous en occuper les salons de jardin sont en mauvais état et pour le départ se sont ses enfants qui sont venus car lui n'était plus là et il ne voulait pas me rendre la moitié de ma caution il à fallut bloqué le fils pour que la fille parte chercher l'argent et le comble il mon signé une facture comme quoi j'avais payer les 150euros supplémentaires et que j'étais d'accord sauf que c'est son fils qui à signer pour nous deux je vous le dit éviter cette location c'est de l'arnaque.

Agréable et belle situation

Nous avons séjourné fin juillet dans cette propriété. Le logement était propre si on est pas trop exigeant. Elle est fonctionnelle et offre une belle vue sur l Etna. La barrière de la langue nous a limité pour échanger avec le propriétaire mais il etait sympathique et pas du tout présent. Nous conseillons cette location.

Idéalement située lorsque l’on est véhiculé pour visiter la côte orientale, la villa est moderne et la piscine tres agréable. Il manque simplement de l’équipement dans la cuisine comme les ingrédients de base et une cafetière, mais nous vous conseillons cette tres belle villa.

Beautiful home externally, and cosmetically on the inside. Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). Despite cleaning fee (and even after we had cleaned up as much as possible), we were asked to thoroughly clean kitchen and take trash out to the street. There was mould present and growing in few corners of the kitchen and living room. And lastly there was someone living in the property during our stay, when the home was advertised as entire property. I would recommend only after the mould problem has been rectified! And other fine details are mentioned in the property info.

In 8 ragazzi abbiamo trascorso il capodanno in questa villa moderna e fashion. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile anche se molto impegnato. Camere spettacolari elettrodomestici Tv di ultima generazione. Nessuna pecca. Prezzo un po’ altuccio ma motivato dalla splendida casa. Il proprietario è stato gentile ha fornito coperte e tovaglie. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Bonne localisation pour découvrir l'Etna

La maison est très bien située pour visiter l'Etna et les environs de Catane. Par contre, contrairement à l'annonce du propriétaire, cette maison peut accueillir correctement 5 personnes au max. Nous étions 7 et 2 d'entre nous ont été obligés de dormir sur des lits de camps peu confortables. Absence de barbecue et de parking. Enfin, il a été assez difficile de communiquer avec le propriétaire (qui loge au sous-sol) car il ne parle pas du tout anglais. Séjour un peu décevant.

Nice villa but not private

The villa is nice and clean and exactly as shown. Clearly still a work in progress as there are exposed cables and wires in the walls. We were surprised to discover Francesco actually lives downstairs in the basement with his family which is open to the rest of the property so not very private. Also, not very peaceful as there are dogs barking all night every night and without air conditioning the doors and windows had to be left open otherwise it was too hot to sleep. Nice pool and balcony areas with a good view of mount etna.

Bella esperienza

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti assieme ad una famiglia di amici: totale 7 persone di cui 4 bambini. La villetta è moderna, ben arredata, in posizione residenziale; le finiture sono medie, alcuni arredi sono da completare, ma complessivamente si presenta bene. La piscina è un'ottima opportunità. Comoda la lavastoviglie, non c'è la lavatrice ( ma il proprietario mi ha fatto utilizzare la sua, in quanto abita nel piano sottostante ). In generale il proprietario Francesco si è dimostrato persona corretta, educata non invasiva.
