We enjoyed our stay but floors were dirty and the front door did not lock , other than that all was lovely . When pointing this out to host no apology was offered .
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was spacious, well equipped and clean. We loved the village… so pretty and a short walk away, with a fabulous place for Brunch (the Old Store). Wish we could have stayed longer - lots of nearby places to explore!
The place was lovely and the host really nice and helpful. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. We did need to use the car every time we went out, but that was my fault for not checking. Over all a lovely stay
A really lovely property, well equipped and very comfortable. Snettisham is a very interesting village with at least one great pub, The Rose and Crown. Loads to do in the area and it is near the coast.
A lovely spacious and well equipped property in a great location. Close to all the beaches and small towns on the North Norfolk coast.
We particularly loved the log burner for cosy evenings in.
Food at The Rose and Crown ( a 10 minute stroll from the house) was excellent.
We loved our stay - accommodation was a perfect size and more spacious than the photos show. The cottage is based on a farm with lovely walks to the village.
All super clean and comfortable - would highly recommend.
Fabulous property, had everything we needed for our short stay. Very well maintained, comfortable with excellent facilities. Would definitely book again but for a longer period.
Lovely property with everything as described. High standard of accommodation and well equipped
Main bathroom could have been cleaner, stains on back of toilet seat🤢
Perfectly situated for families as right next to snettisham farm park

Hi Karen,
Glad you had a lovely holiday. Many thanks for your feedback, we will pass your comments on to our cleaners. Apologies it was not up to their normal high standards.
Kind regards,
Mandy
the property was perfect for location and the children. nicely furnished and had everything we needed. ideal being near the deer park and the walk to the rose and crown was lovely with great food.
A lovely place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and quite large. Everything you could need is available and the house is in a peaceful location with a short walk into the village. The hosts are very helpful and easily contactable.
This lovely cottage was fantastic and deserves the high rating. Pictures dont do it justice. It is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for Christmas dinner. Very easy walk to the village (10 mins to Rise & Crown) and very close to Sandringham and beaches. Very highly recommend. Will absolutely book again!
We visited for two weeks and really enjoyed staying at the house and the area. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, although some fans for hot weather would have been appreciated. Would recommend to family & friends.
