The Cove is a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from Deerfield, beach, and it's restaurants and pier. You will relax in the spa and salt water pool in a tropical private backward Newly renovated you will love this house, with is confortable living room with 60" flat screen tv and high speed internet, and fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and master with king size bed. Every room has is complete bathroom (hair dryer included). Also perfect if you need to work since the office offers you a quiet environnement with a laser printer. Use 4 bicycles to discover the surrounding. Pets Friendly
20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. and minutes from shopping and restaurants. At the front door there is a Ring door bell that does not reccord and in the backyard, for the insurance and security purpose a camera, that face the pool and entry of the premises. This is NOT in function while during rentals

Beautiful House/Pool

This place was an absolute dream! The house was very spacious and incredibly clean. It was well equipped with everything you could ever need. The outside pool area was our favorite part though. It was so nice! We stayed in the pool area pretty much all day every day. It had shady areas and sunny areas all throughout the day. We really loved it here!

House is beautifully decorated and is pretty much exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to area beaches and all the stores you could ever need. The saltwater pool and attached spa were wonderful, beautiful trees and plants. Unfortunately, there were many issues. The keypad lock worked once before the batteries died. The deadbolt lock was slightly misaligned with the strike plate and the owner told us we had to push on the door to let the bolt slide open after entering the code. The keypad worked a few times this way but then failed completely so we had to use the house key (the owner told us where to find it). Owner is very concerned about electricity use, instructions PDF (emailed 24 hours before arrival) outlined the acceptable temperatures for the AC, with 10 dollar per day charge for violations. The thermostats were locked on a timer, so the AC would shut off at 10pm and several times during the day. No laundry basket. Baking sheets were old and unwashed, with areas of grease and baked on burnt food on them. Owner personal items in some drawers. Undisclosed camera covering the pool area. No mosquito control, we were all bitten several times. Grill was old and didn't work at first, had to reset the regulator to get 2 of 4 burners working. Power failed in master bath. Owner responded to texts but never apologized (except for the door) never offered compensation or to send anyone to fix the issues.

I have been doing rentals since more than 10 years and NEVER I had a guest so inruisive !! You are really unfaithfull since I told you that I had changed myself the batteries end of April and to buy new batteries for the keypad that I would reimburse you.... you told me to forget about it, but at the end you lied because you never bought the battery. Strangely my cleaning lady did open the door easily.... For the AC, the 2 thermostats are NOT BLOCKED, they are only programed and the guests may change the temperature as there wishes. I do not know if you are aware but in some places, owners charge for electricity utilisation, I don.t but at the same time, I want to be sure that guests are aware of the costs. Never in 10 years, someone asked about a laundry basket..... The instructions of the house are automatically send by VRBO when you book the property, I just send them back to you as a reminder. Effectively my pesonnal items are EVERYWHERE in the house, since it is my house, so plants, oil painting, vases, decoratives accessories are everywhere to make the house more beautiful and welcoming! I also use a desk in the office, that is NOT a BEDROOM, so for someone that is coming only for 1 week, do not need this space. I bought the grill in 2023. The camera is for insurance and property maintenance, if you would had give me your concerns, I would of tell you that it is OFF when guests are at the house. I am very PROUD of my house, and take an excellent care of it. I replied to you every time and tried to find a solution. My ratings are ALWAYS 10/10, with your critics 6/10 rate, I am sorry to tell you that it shows exactly what kind of person you are, and that no one would like to accomodate you!

Lovely and comfortable home near the beach

A group of 3 couples rented the house and found it clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and backyard area so much that we spent most of our time in Deerfield there!

Perfect get away

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Very clean and everything you need is right there for you. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The outdoor space by the pool feels like a private resort. Great place would definitely stay again

Fantastic Stay

We spent two weeks at this spacious beautiful house. Great location 5 minute drive from beach, shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Backyard oasis and pool was our favorite part! Chantal was great host attentive to every detail!

Great stay with the family

We had a great week staying close to the beach . The house was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Loved that the property had 4 bikes to use. We biked to the beach most days which was only a 10 minute bike ride. The kids had a great time using the pool , the neighbourhood is very quiet and family friendly . Would recommend this property .

Great house in Deerfield Beach

Thank you Chantal for letting us stay in your home. The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen has all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc. that you could think of. We spent most afternoons in the pool which was very private surrounded by palm trees. Would stay here again if in the area.

Tropical Paradise

Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood close to Deerfield Beach, major grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Great Experience!

My family and I stayed at Chantal's house for a week. The property was very clean and exactly like the pictures portray. Chantal was very nice and very accommodating. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and her neighbors nice. The pool was great and the beach only 5 minutes away by car. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful home

We spent 8 days here. The house is stunning! Everything you could ever need is supplied for you! The decor is lovely. The pool area is a delightful oasis! Less than a 3 minute drive to the local grocery store and a 7 minute drive to the beach. Everything was at our fingertips! My family was so happy that they didn’t want to leave the house though! Chantal was amazing. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We enjoyed our vacation thoroughly! Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home Chantal!

House and property were nice, but the sink was stopped up in kitchen for 2-3 days, and took 3 house calls to fix. Pool heater wasn’t on for 2 days, and tv in bedroom never worked!

Beautiful, elegant and perfect location.

The location of the property is perfect. Deerfield is such a. Fun place! You can bike to the beach, shops and the neighborhood is so lovely for evening walks. The house is decorated beautifully, and the pool and backyard is an oaosis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were here for a month and loved every minute!
