Renovated apartment, with very nice vew, and traditional and natural materials, original floors, plaster and wood walls and old fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with windows to the sky and street.

Located on the fifth floor, in an ancient building dating back to 1870 in old Paris, this apartment will welcome you to relax and dine after the escapades in the surroundings!

Ideally located in the center of Paris, it is possible to access all services and most sites of historical interest in 10 minutes on foot.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a very lively area in the center of Paris. Corresponds to the old mouth of the district SALES (the belly of Paris), which has been completely renovated and transformed into a shopping center. However, a large number of small restaurants and small grocery stores open until late at night, and shops specializing in catering equipment remain.
It is a very lively and very trendy, you will love to stroll around the streets and enjoy a refreshing drink in the shade of trees on rue Montmartre.
In addition, in July you can enjoy offers on clothes and shoes!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Loredana wasn’t able to be there for our check-in, but arranged our entry with a friend and was communicative and flexible throughout our stay. The location was excellent - lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect mother daughter getaway in Paris

This little gem in the heart of the City is exactly what we needed being so close to all the main attractions, cafes and shops. The quirky suite made our stay all the more memorable.The host was so kind and helpful, like we were be treated as family. She did our laundry and even made us coffee and biscuits. Her partner greeted us and carried our luggage to the suite. .no elevators …but the tiny stairwell added to the charm.My next visit I’ll definitely be staying here again .

Incredible Stay

The host was incredibly helpful. We missed a connecting flight and ended up arriving much later than planned, and she was flexible in getting us the keys. She also gave us very in depth instructions on how to get to and from the train station and airport, as well as suggestions for the area. Will absolutely book again if it is available when we are in Paris again!

Authentic Paris

We loved this quirky space. The location was the best part as it was in the heart of the cafe culture. We did touristy things for most of the day, and it was very comfortable to come back to the flat. There is a long climb up the stairs and the bathroom is quite small. The views of the other old buildings down the street gave it a feeling of being in an old movie in the hub of Paris. The landlords were very friendly and accomodating.

Our Stay with Loredana

The property was close to all popular activities in central Paris. Our host Loredana is an excellent communicator and went to great lengths to assist us and help us to get around. Loredana should be a tour guide! She's great! The only challange was sometimes navigating the stairs from the ground floor as the building does not have an elevator. However, overall we enjoyed our stay!

The neighborhood was great, I would want to return. However, the apartment in the photos is not the one we were given. Probably the floor lower. It was very run down.

The host and location were amazing. However, I give it a generous two rating. Six flights of stairs with no elevator is a bit much for a sixty year old with knee problems. There is no washing machine contrary to the post. The host gladly did laundry, but line dried clothes. The floor in the room is sloped and the bed is suspended by two-by-fours. There is a dining table in front of what used to be a fireplace, I’m guessing. The room smelled musty like garbage. You will stay up until 2am from the pub atmosphere at street level down below. Also, air conditioning is opening the window. There is a portable heater in case you get cold. There is a bathtub with a shower wand, but no door. The toilet handle is broken, so good luck flushing. I just didn’t see the charm as in other posts.

Authentic, wonderful Parisian stay.

Loredana is simply above and beyond! She and Olivier (her husband) were just INCREDIBLE. for our first trip to Paris, this was a game changer. She provided recommendations, directions, help with luggage, all of the above. Check in was EARLY! and seamless. The location is incredible — the Lourve and beautiful palaces are steps away. The view and the apartment are even better than the pictures. Feels super safe. Easy to get taxis — Loredana even arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. Perfect size for 2 people, wonderful in the May weather, however, lack of AC might be difficult later in the summer after 6 floors of stairs. :) but was not an issue at all for us! Beautiful authentic apartment. All around 1000/10, would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Loredana!!!

Montmarte apartment

I have been to Paris many times and love to stay in this area. It is such a fabulous part of Paris. Unfortunately my partner and I are in our 70s and although we are in pretty good shape the 6 floors of walk up were a bit too much. The stairs are very narrow and windy and we literally had to plan our day around how many times we would need to walk up those steps. The place itself was cute and comfortable but I like to leave windows open when I sleep and it was very loud from street noise until early hours of the morning. But the location was ideal and I greatly appreciated being able to keep our luggage there for the day we were leaving. That was extremely generous and helpful. Unfortunately the next time we’re in Paris I would have to pick a place a bit closer to the ground.

A magical Parisian stay

This place is an absolute gem. My host, Loredana, went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in, giving me a list of places to see and things to do. Centrally located, the historic building is within steps away from the best shops and museums and restaurants. The metro is also right around the corner to get quick access to the greater city area. Inside, it felt like a home away from home. I will certainly be coming back the next time I'm in Paris!

Wonderful first stay in Paris!

My husband, my teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Loredana ‘s Paris apartment. The building and apartment was exactly what I dream of when thinking of visiting Paris. What a perfect street and view to people watch. The apartment was clean, charming and a great size for the three of us. Loredana was a wonderful host, she was extremely helpful with all her amazing instructions to get to the apartment, food and things to do in Paris and instructions about her apartment. Stairs, who cares?

Decent apartment, great location, you must be fit enough to climb up. Loredonna and Olivier are wonderful hosts. She will do your laundry and it will come back next day ironed and folded. A kitchen and small frig just right. Noisy street downstairs with bar and cars, but never interrupted our sleep. While our legs are young and healthy we would stay there again and again.

Great little flat on the heart of Paris

A simple, clean, affordable flat with an incredibly friendly and helpful landlady. This would be the perfect stay for a romantic getaway to Paris. The only drawback is that it is on the fourth floor and I had to pack heavy for work. Overall, I would highly recommend this flat- just pack light!

Perfect location lovely host

Centrally located in a neighborhood I the 2nd Arrst. close the Les Halles, outdoor Sunday market, groceries etc. Near “the best street in Paris” Rue Montorgueil. Full of restaurants and shops. Stohrer chocolatiers is located here. There is a great grocery store down the street and a bakery right next door with wonderful croissants. Flat is well equipped with separate bedroom, a living room dining area kitchen with coffee supplies, electric tea kettle, fridge, toaster oven. Windows the look onto the street are double pane so no street noise. The windows in the living room open as does a small window in the bedroom so if the weather is hot you’d get a cross breeze. It was unseasonably cold when we visited and we were perfectly comfortable without needing to turn on the heat. The hostess could not be any more helpful. Before our visit she looked up the mass times at the near by St Eustache Cathedral (7 minute walk) and gave us detailed instructions for walking to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc. walk to the Louvre is probably 10 minutes unless you stop every few minutes to take pictures as we did. She lives in the apartment above and was very helpful and accommodating, she even made us a hand drawn map of the places we wanted to visit. The apartment probably wouldn’t work if you are mobility challenged. The stairs are VERY steep and very uneven. There are over 70 of them. Because of the nature of the staircase there is no “big” furniture in the apartment. The bed is a double futon, very comfortable but only about a foot off the ground. The bath is fairly high to get into and rather than a standup shower there is a hand held one. A perfect Parisian home base!

Lovely small apartment in great location

My husband and I stayed in the bedroom and my 15 year old daughter was comfortable on a roll-away bed. This is a sunny apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Two streets over is a lively walking zone market place with fresh foods and restaurants. Montmatre district is a few blocks up hill. Hostess, Loredana is wonderful. She is helpful and generously shares information about any question a person might have. She washed and ironed our laundry!!! I would only ask her to hire a handyman for a few hours to tighten doorknobs, drawer rails and make window-blinds a little less frail. Otherwise a super place....
