About this property

Beautiful villa near Oliva with private pool, sun terrace and sea views

This property has it's own private L shaped pool with plenty of sunbathing area, and has a large terrace with a covered dining area and traditional BBQ. The villa stands in beautiful grounds with tropical plants and fruit trees, and has a good sized drive with a garage and car port for covered parking.
The terrace has been retiled in terracotta and the pool is now separated from the terrace by a pool fence and gate for those with children.
Inside, the villa has been redecorated throughout and boasts 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area. There is air con in the lounge and largest double bedroom. The other three bedrooms have ceiling or mobile fans and mosquito screens on the windows so that windows can be open at night.
There is a bathroom with two showers, bath and twin basins. There is a second toilet/cloakroom inside and an outside solar heated shower next to the pool.
There are sun loungers for the terrace and a seating area at the far end of the pool.
There is a covered outside dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views over breakfast.

Close to wonderful sandy beaches (5 kms and less than 10 mins by car), you will find this beautiful well located 4 bedroom villa with private pool in a splendid quiet location on the outskirts of Oliva town (2.5kms to Tourist Info in Oliva town centre) near all amenities and with sea views. Ideal for the family holiday, and perfect for that romantic break for couples. Just a 15 minute drive from the popular Oliva Nova golf course.

Pleasant stay

The house is specious and equipped with all the necessary items. The house and interior can use some update/repairs. As it was very hot, one air conditioner in the house is too little. Therefore the back bedrooms remained very hot to sleep in. But overall we had a good holiday.

Since we acquired the house, we have tried to improve something every year... we have renewed and replaced the flooring, the ceiling fans, the bathrooms, the electrical installation as well as the beds. Outside: the pool, the non-slip flooring, pool barrier and gate, renovated the chill out area and installed a new BBQ and fridge. L’arrivée s’est faite sans difficulté suivant les indications du propriétaire. Le point fort de cette maison est l’extérieur, notamment le coin, piscine grillade et coins repas. Les chambres sont simples, mais correspondaient aux descriptions de l’annonce. La literie était de bonne qualité. La cuisine bien était équipé. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui a satisfait aussi bien les adultes que les enfants. Nous pourrions y revenir avec grand plaisir. Merci Ximo et Beccy.

Maison ideal pour une famille / l'endoit parfait

Nous sommes venus en famille (2 parents , 4 enfants + 2 chiens). L'endroit est idealement située avec une vu sur la mer et la piscine privé bien entretenu. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber pendant les festivitées local et cela a rajouté du bonus au lieu, la plage de sable fin est a 10 minute en voiture. La ville d'Oliva est vivante avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place. L' hote a été tres reactif à chaque demande et arrangeant. Bref un excellent sejour je recommande la location et le lieu.

De beaux moments dans cette villa Piscine agréable ainsi que la partie extérieure pergola barbecue. Intérieur pratique salon confortable et belles chambres. Quelques points d'amélioration : literie à revoir dans 3 des 4 chambres et 1 ou 2 transat en plus serait la bienvenue. Hola buenas, los unicos problemas que hemos visto en el alojamiento, es que no había agua fría en la mayoría de horas del dia solo por la noche y era imposible ducharse , la luz de fuera no iba y no se podía estar agusto en la piscina El aire acondicionado no llega a las habitaciones y no llega bien el frio a las habitaciones

Estancia acogedora

La casa está situada en la ladera de una pequeña montaña... El lugar es muy tranquilo sin ruidos. La casa es como precisa la descripción, muy cómoda con todo para pasar una semana muy cómoda. Tiene aparcamiento para dos coches e incluso tres si se colocan bien. La piscina fenomenal. El único pero son los mosquitos al amanecer y por la tarde noche. La casa tiene mosquiteras pero llevar aparatos y velas de citronela. Ah el Super está a 1 minutos en coche y la playa a 10 o 15 minutos depende el sitio... Pero se puede aparcar sin problemas. Recomendable 100% La comunicación con Ximo perfecta en todo momento.

Hola Mónica, gracias por su comentario. Llevamos con la casa desde finales de 2017 y cada año intentamos mejorar la casa. Desde que empezamos hemos arreglado y cerrado la piscina con barreras,cambiado el suelo de la terraza, cambiado el suelo de la casa, pintado dentro de la casa, cambiado los colchones y reemplazado el calentador. Este invierno vamos a reemplazar los baños. Un saludo

The house is really amazing, the terrace in front of the mountains is really great ! Nice place to stay having some drinks or bbq ! The location outside of downtown is ideal if you want to have quiet nights and evenings ! The swimming pool is great and more than big enough !! The communication with the landlord has always been fluid and remained available! For sure a place where to come back !! Many thanks to you Ximo and Rosa for your availability and your kindness :-)

Location très sympathique conforme à l annonce et aux photos

Très bonne expérience vécue dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et très réactifs. De la nourriture était à notre disposition à notre arrivée, chose très appréciable quand nous arrivons de loin et qu'on a pas forcément envie de faire les courses de suite. Plage à 15 mns en voiture, ou nous nous garions sans problème car pas trop fréquentée. Commerce a proximité également mais véhicule obligatoire. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants chacun, la maison était parfaitement adaptée et équipée. Petit regret concernant la cuisine d été que nous n avons pas pu utiliser car il n y avait pas de bouteille de gaz à disposition. La maison se situe au bas d une montagne, il n y a donc pas de bruit de voisinage, idéal pour se reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location, expérience à renouveler sans problème !

We have obviously spent a lot of time in this area, and love it.
We bought this property in 2017 and are happy to share this wonderful, still mostly undiscovered location with other travellers, families and friends.
We hope you enjoy all this area has to offer and will want to keep coming back.

Why they chose this property

We love this area, and got married in Oliva, so the area is very special to us. The villa is only 10 minutes from our favourite beach in the area as it is so quiet and unspoilt.
The villa is calm and tranquil, being at the foot of the hills with distant views of the sea, yet close enough to Oliva and La Font D'en Carros to have all amenities, and the beach, within 10 minutes drive.

What makes this property unique

We particularly like this villa because it has 4 double bedrooms, unusual for Spanish properties.
The terraced gardens surrounding the terrace and pool are full of tropical plants and fruit trees; orange, lemon, almond and pomegranite so please help yourself when you are there.
The outdoor terrace, which was retiled in terracotta in 2017, has a covered dining area, poolside seating, sun terrace with loungers and a large BBQ and chiringuito/bar area which makes al fresco dining comfortable in the hot summer.
We have also added a pool fence and gate for those with children.
