From the amazing brick-domed great room to the expansive patio and upper sunset deck, this home has no equal! The main casa features 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, a main living space w/ fireplace, cantera stone, and all of the finest finishes and craftsmanship that Bella Sirena is famous for. The fifth bedroom (The Casita) has its own separate entrance. Finish your day toasting the sunset in your private hot tub with shrimp on the BBQ.

The two front master suites walk out to the back patio / beach. They come equiped with flat-screen TVs, King size beds and are professionally decorated.

My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, big and clean. Perfect location right infront of the beach. Boan was a great host, very attentive and always so fast at responding my questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay. One Issue: Hot Tub was turned on with very hot water, cover was still on the tub, and it was dirty...we did not use it.

Perfect Location in RP!

This was our first time at Bella Sirena and we will definitely be back but only if we can stay in this amazing villa. It was steps to the ocean with an unobstructed view. The floorplan was perfect and we had our own private garage for our cars. Also, the owner was fast to respond to all questions and easy to book with!

Perfect vacation site but spa is unavalable. Not working aparently. Not sure if promoted as active heated spa onsite but we expected the luxury as we have stayed here before.

Possibly the best villa in Rocky Point

I’ve been coming to Rocky Point for decades and can say this Villa is the best place I’ve stayed at to date. Large floor plan. Every room had its own bathroom. Huge living area, and patio. Fire pits, grill, and the beach right outside the window. I could go on. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions I had. He even arranged to have a fresh propane tank delivered the day I him it was running low. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Place and perfect managment

Prior to going to Rocky Point a few people in our party had some passport issues. Boan, was extremely helpful and offered some sound advise on how to handle it. In my mind that is well above and beyond the roll of a property manager. When we arrived at the property it was ready early, was stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed our time. Boan and his properties are now our go to place to stay in Rocky Point.

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have been had in Rocky Point.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in Rocky Point for over a decade and always dreamed of having the ultimate vacation home. A house on the beach, not only a house on the beach but one in a secure and beautiful place.

Bella Sirena is the most beautiful resort in Rocky Point. The lush green lawns and stone streets give it a feel like no other place.

This house has it all, Jacuzzi on the back yard with stunning views, BBQ, Large Flat screen TVs, and everything to have the ultimate home away from home.

What makes this property unique

There are very few properties where you can walk out and be on the beach. There are no walks to get to the beach because you are there! Watching your kids or family from the living room and being able to call them in for dinner without having to make a trek to the condo or hotel is priceless.

The private jacuzzi in the back patio is also a plus so you can relax while viewing the ocean and hearing the waves crashing
