Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room and a huge terrace to enjoy the best of Ibiza from a quiet and relaxing place.
More than 150 meters from home. More than 100 terraces. And kilometers of gardens. Less than 2 kms from the beaches of the island's Levante.
The farm are in the countryside. It combines cultivated fields, forests and a large landscaped expanse that surrounds the house.

S'Hort des Baladres is a typical Ibiza countryside property. It belongs to a local family, who rents it for the tourist season since the mid-90s. The owners are Juan, a retired electrician, and Magdalena, who serves the "Artesania Fita" the family souvenirs and handicraft shop that can be found in the center of the town of Santa Eulalia.
Why they chose this property
The house has been in our family for generations. Since the nineties, it's receiving guests from all over the world coming to spend some days of rest, peace and sun in Ibiza.
