The villa is very spacious and bright and offers a large living-dining room with a living area with a large flat-screen television and a fireplace and a dining table for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and everything necessary for a pleasant kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and four others with two single beds) and 4 full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and three others with a shower).



Among other amenities, Villa Segundo has air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, bed linen and towels and much more.



The most impressive thing about this great villa are its outdoor areas with a swimming pool (8 x 4.60) surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, rest areas and dining areas under awnings and open, a covered porch with billiards and football tables, a covered barbecue area with dining room, a tennis court (rackets and balls are at your disposal) and ping-pong table. There will be no time to get bored!



Llucmajor is a great place to stay, where you can find everything you need to have a pleasant time. Typical cafés offering tasty Ensaimada, restaurants to taste delicious Mallorcan cuisine, you will also find shops, supermarkets, etc. The island's capital, as well as the famous beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Papita with several restaurants, are just a 20-minute drive away.
