About this property

A stylish apartment located right on the Port, you are only a short stroll from the famous Old Town, minutes from the beaches, cafes and restaurants. Or you can jump on the tram at the top of the port to get to the Old Town and Nice centre where all the main shops and boutiques are eg Galleries Lafayette.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, a large living area with double sofa bed, three full length windows and a balcony. There is a spacious bathroom with another balcony to the rear.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building and there is no lift (80 stairs), however the views are stunning and worth the climb.
A perfect place to have fun or relax. Perfectly positioned - in the morning the front of the apartment is in shade, which is ideal for breakfast - from early afternoon it is in full sunshine. In the evening you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set behind the Chateau hill.
From Nice airport, the Port is a 20 minute journey by car or taxi or take the new tram which runs from both terminals at Nice airport every 12 minutes and takes about 20 minutes. The apartment is a two minute walk from the top of the port.

Fantastic view and a beautiful apartment!

We loved every Day in this fantastic apartment - most of all the view and the balcony! Only thing there could been Better was the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust and the freezer was full of so much ice, that We couldn’t use it. But it was still the best apartment we have visit in Nice - and we have been there about 12 times!

Nice Experience

We had a really wonderful 5 night stay at David’s apartment in Nice. The location and view were amazing - loved waking up and sipping coffee on the balcony watching the ships and port life. The accommodations were very comfortable for our family of 4 and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was worth the 5 flights of stairs! Also I was happy that enough fans were provided as it was very hot during our stay. Overall a really pleasant stay - we highly recommend!

Wonderful flat in a fantastic location

Checked out the location on Google Streetview but it didn't do it justice. The area is really vibrant, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and it's right on the edge of the old town. Ideal location to explore the popular and less well-known beaches, museums. Tram is on the doorstep. Ideal if you like to run - there's a constant procession of joggers and the prom is just around the corner. The flat itself was immaculate with real character and every amenity you could need during a stay. Views over the harbour and surrounds are stunning. Note - there are 80ish steps up to the flat; I had no issue with this but some might, if as we did, you're going up and down multiple times per day. I hope to return here again, it really is fantastic. Owner and appointed concierge/management co (Prom Holidays) were very helpful

Amazing view and a perfect location

This was perfect for us. There is 86 steps to reach the apartment so you have to be able to manage that, but once up there the view is amazing. Lovely to sit out with a drink at night and watch the yachts. The apartment is a good size and has everything you need. We will definitely be back! Thank you. We had a lovely stay.

We are an English couple who love this part of France and we try to visit 2 or 3 times a year. We have been renting our beautiful apartment for nearly 10 years through word of mouth and holiday rental companies with amazing five star reviews. We have regular guests who have been coming every year and never tire of the superb views from the apartment, the comfortable and stylish surroundings and the great location.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in the port of Nice which is a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Old Town either through Place Garibaldi to the back of the Old Town or along the seafront. The port is a lively area and there are lovely bars and restaurants around the port and shops along the back streets including a bakery, supermarket, butchers and fishmongers. On the opposite side of the port there is an antiques quarter with dozens of high quality antique shops to browse.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in an historic building dating back to the early nineteenth century. The views from the apartment are amazing and the high ceilings of the apartment give it a very spacious feeling. It also benefits from being within walking distance to the popular Promenade des Anglais and the main beach as well as the Old Town but also has its own character and local beaches, shops and restaurants. There are buses at the top of the port that will take you to Monaco or you can travel from the local train station Nice Riquier (20 minute walk away) to Monaco to the East or Cannes and Antibes to the West. It really is an ideal place to stay in Nice.
