Hosting three bedrooms; 1 x 5" zip and link, a double and a single, along with two shower rooms, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining area. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Resting in a pleasant location and close to scenic attractions, No 9 is a lovingly retreat in a wonderful part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Public car park for parking. Enclosed garden to the rear with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The courtyard garden has steps so care must be taken with children. Linens including tea towels are provided, however you may wish to bring your own pillows as the owner does not have access to facilities to deep clean pillows.
