About this property
A lovely quiet new flat 50 yards from the beach in the centre, parking included.
A beautifully designed, light and airy two bedroom flat on the top floor of a block of new built flats above Daisy May shopping arcade. The flat is at the back of the block and therefore benefits from being away from the road and traffic and is therefore quiet.
We bought this brand new holiday home from new a few years ago and bought brand new furnishings at the time to go in it. It has a lovely open plan kitchen/living/dining area with brand new luxury fully equipped kitchen area. The flat faces West and benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.
The apartment has a brand new king size bed in the larger bedroom, with the smaller bedroom being set up with a double bed. There is a second TV and DVD player in the main bedroom.
Both bedrooms have brand new chests of drawers for clothes. All bed linen is provided.
The luxury bathroom is well designed and appointed with a full length bath and overhead shower attachment, separate sink and toilet, full length tiling, heated towel rail, and a over-bath washing line (with pegs) to dry out bathing costumes. Bath and hand towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
The flat is double glazed throughout with sash windows and adjustable blinds.
There is a dining table and comfortable leather chairs for six people and a spacious L shaped leather sofa. There is also a brand new Smart TV with britbox, TV players freeview and wifi. We also have a remote-controlled Bluetooth hi-fi system which will pair with any Bluetooth device, such as iPhone, etc.
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer, a brand new drinks fridge, an oven, grill, hob, extractor fan and separate microwave and a brand new Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods not provided) or a teapot if you'd prefer tea. There are plenty of cupboards to store food, and it has all the kitchen utensils you would need for a comfortable stay.
As this is a second floor flat, there are two flights of stairs to get to the front door. As such, this accommodation is not suitable for disabled or very elderly guests, given there is no step-free access.
This is a strictly no smoking, no pets flat.
A weeks long stay parking in any of the three long stay car parks in Swanage is included in the overall price. You are able to park in any of the three car parks anytime during your stay. We book the parking on your behalf online for your arrival time.

We found the flat cosy, comfortable and very well appointed. The location was perfect for us. A few minor drawbacks were the awkward shower and the very sensitive smoke detector.

The flat was a lovely space, quiet and comfortable for our week. Being on the second floor complicated the logistics of all the things you need for a British seaside holiday, but overall a good place to stay right in town.

My family stayed for a week in this cute little modern holiday flat. It’s small, but perfectly proportioned and equipped for a holiday stay. Well located right in the heart of Swanage, yet has a slightly ‘tucked away’ feel up a hidden staircase and located amongst the rooftops of the building. A good choice in a cosy space.

The landlord and his wife welcomed us very friendly and explained everything concerning the flat.
The flat is very well cut, newly renovated and really comfortable.
We felt really good all around.
Clean, tidy and well equipped apartment in a good location close to beach and shops. Mark was great at communicating and met us at the apartment along with his wife Alexandra. They very kindly helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the apartment. Mark arranged a parking permit for the week which was very helpful. Thank you

The flat is in a very convenient location in the centre of Swanage, next to shops and restaurants. A few metres to the bay and the pier and not far from Durlston Castle and Studlands walks.
We had a lovely time and the hosts have been really helpful organising our parking permit for the week. I would recommend it to a small family or couples.

Excellent location for this perfect cosy flat in the centre of Swanage. Well equipped and Kitchen had everything you would need and loved the very large bath. Perfect for a dip in the sea and return to a lovely warm bath (sea still too cold!!). Central enough to visit all the usual tourist haunts which we did. Thank you

This is a lovely flat in the centre of Swanage. Ideal for the beach and the shops.
Very comfortable and well equipped.
Owners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us.
It is not suitable for anyone with disability due to steps/ stairs- good exercise though!

Mark and Alexandra met me and my family at the property. Very nice and helpful hosts. The property was lovely and comfortable for me and my family. Spotlessly clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time. Love Swanage so much and was so nice to have a week there in such a lovely property.

We were made to feel welcome when Mark and Alexandra met us with the keys and showed us around explained how to use things like the shower etc.
the location was perfect as you have shops, cafes, pubs within a 1 minute walk and just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach.
The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
You also have supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
If you don’t know Swanage then it’s a great location to get to know the place.
The only thing to be mindful if your elderly or have young children then there is 2 flights of stairs however we managed it with a 2 year old and the location far outweighed the stairs. We also felt safe and the windows have safety catches on so it was safe for toddlers.
We will definitely be back!

Great Condition, new bathroom...good location for access to central Swanage (1 minute walk). Everything you need for a short break. Lack of parking nearby was the only minor problem. Was overcome by the owner of the flat kindly making the the 3 main carparks of Swanage available for us to use.

We had a lovely family holiday in Swanage. The flat is clean, bright and modern and very handy for the beach, shops and cafes. Mark was very helpful and replied to any queries very quickly. There is loads to do nearby- from taking the steam train to Corfe Castle, to kayaking in the sea. Highly recommended.

Mark and Alexandra were fantastic hosts! The apartment is absolutely spotless, it is clear they take great care of the property. The location is great, it’s in the centre of the town so perfect for the beach and the shops. The apartment has everything you need, the smart tv was perfect for my toddler to watch Netflix and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication was great and they were very accommodating. We are a family of six who live and work in London. Our children are now aged between 16 and 21 and we enjoy weekends down in Swanage whenever we can.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Swanage when the family first came here in 2012 and we decided we had to buy a holiday home. We have had many happy times here as the town is so safe for our children to be more independent and shop for themselves.
What makes this property unique
Our flat was brand new in 2013 and very comfortable and warm. Everything is new and as the flat is at the back of the block we are away from the road and it is very quiet. We are right in the middle of town so shops and the beach are just outside our door.
