Our stay at the villa in Cancun was absolutely perfect. The host provided excellent communication throughout our visit, and having our transportation seamlessly taken care of to and from the airport made the entire experience stress-free. The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. Highly recommended!

As described. Pool was great. Place was large, very clean, and had everything you would need (towels, kitchen utensils,etc). Would highly recommend. Communication with the property management was fantastic, quick and we got everything we needed.

It is the only Villa property ( only 29 villa's) in the entire Cancun Hotel Zone where you have private green space, a pool, the beach and ocean all within 200 steps from your terrace door. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The host was incredible, and super helpful before and during our stay. Recommendations for massages and a chef were a huge hit with our family. The location was great and the pool area was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Great location, beautiful home, impeccably maintained, stunning views, very responsive host. I would highly recommend this place. You are right in front of the pool and the beach. Great restaurant's nearby. We had six adults and loved every minute.

The house was beautiful and as advertised. Miriam, the property manager, was fantastic! She was helpful and very responsive. We even locked ourselves out one evening and she came out of her way to let us in. The beach was beautiful and the sand was great. A lifeguard and security guard were also there and were personable and kind. The pool area was nice and quiet. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have a bar or restaurant onsite, but we got our daily drinks at the convenience store across the street and took taxis or a bus for dinner each night.

The property is amazing and unique, so close to beach and hotel zone with privacy. The staff (Miriam) was great. Check in was smooth, she helped with day trips, in house chef and message therapist. 10/10 experience!

Wonderful stay

We just returned from our trip to Cancun. Miriam was an outstanding host- very responsive and helpful. The unit was as advertised- beautiful and convenient with amazing views and good beach/access. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay immensely. I highly recommend Miriam!

Birthday week

We had a great time. The property was lovely. The pool and ocean were right outside the back door. Chef Nassim is a must. The food was fantastic. I will definitely stay again.

Clean property, nice lay out, good location Villa Nizuc

Had a great stay. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, it was quiet, felt safe, and had a bust outside running down the strip every 5 minutes. On red flag days, you can walk about 9 minutes down the beach to club med and swim in an area that is protected and calmer. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, it would be great if there were more.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Our family spent a little over a week in this wonderful condo. All of the other reviews were correct about how nice it is and private. Only a few others by the pool the week after Easter, and Miriam and the security staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!

Cancun Family Gathering

Very clean and well managed property. Beautiful location right on the beach. Never had an issue that wasn't handled quickly. Condo was as advertised and very nice had everything we needed. Felt very safe with guard at the gate and people watching the beach side would definitely come back.
