Independent cottage on the beach, ground floor, completely renovated in 2010.
Cozy and well furnished, front porch overlooking the sea, parking and private access to the beach.
Located in the Gulf of Castellammare, Alcamo Marina beach shoreline, 100 meters west from Hotel La Battigia.
Despite the central location, this stretch of beach is quiet and uncrowded and there is no need to cross roads or underpasses to reach the sea.
Sea view rooms equipped with orthopedic nets and mattresses.
Kitchen complete with dishes and pots, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and double stainless steel sink. TV, washing machine and iron.
Bathroom with shower box, water heater, hairdryer.
Living room facing the sea with air conditioning, dining table with chairs and antique typical Sicilian "sparecchiatavola" furniture. Possible addition of a single bed.
Large covered veranda facing the sea with masonry bench, table, chairs and deck chairs.
Front garden with outdoor shower and barbecue, private and fenced.
