About this property

Bch Views/Sunsets on the Gulf of America - 409 top floor Short walk to Bch/Din

Hopefully you will fill like home at Presley's View. We are located on Scenic Highway 30A, about five miles west of quaint/popular Seaside. This one bedroom unit, on the fourth floor (409), provides you with a wonderful view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and sugar white sandy beaches. Perfect spot for a romantic beach retreat or family vacation. No need to load up the car and drive to a public beach when you can walk to the private beach directly across the street. This condo is in a "Great" location!

You may enjoy the convenience of on-site bike rentals, restaurants, dress/cool shops, featured local artists colony, free community events & festivals.

Guests also have access to three pools; all are heated until the end of March, two have hot tubs. One is conveniently located in front of the Cabanas building, another is in front of the the Caribbean building next door. Then we have another pool behind the townhomes on your way to the tennis courts towards the back of the property, that pool does not have a hot tub. Tennis courts are free to Gulf Place guests and you can get instructions on how to reserve court times, ask your condo manager, instructions should be located at the courts also.

Our property is located only 7 miles east from Destin, yet a step back from all the hustle & bustle of the traffic, high-rises and crowded beaches. You will be approx. 75 yards from Santa Rosa's beautiful white sandy beaches. You can also enjoy the community feel by taking a walk or renting a bike and riding down the 18-mile stretch of bike path that is populated with numerous State Parks, Nature Trails & Coastal Dune Lakes all along the Scenic 30A corridor.

I hope that we have given you enough information for decision-making purposes and that you will choose Presley's View, Unit 409, at Gulf Place Cabanas for your next beach vacation.
On our last renovation we took out the table and chairs however we put in a breakfast bar with counter height stools, as well as more cabinetry. The unit is well-furnished and clean so you should have all the comforts of home when you come to the beach for a getaway.
You are our guest however we want you to feel and treat our property as if you are staying in your own unit. We want you to enjoy being there so much that you come back again on another visit as well as tell your friends about our place.

So the Nash family invites you and your friends to come down to Santa Rosa Beach, see the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast. It is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in America. We look forward to hearing from you!

We loved our time here at this property. Judy was wonderful at communicating with us, and the condo was so beautiful and clean! We have stayed in many other units at Gulf Place Cabanas, and this was our favorite by far. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, and such an easy walk to and from the beach. Well I am a retired Flight Attendant, started with Piedmont Airlines however retired US Airways. My husband has now retired however he's still too busy to go to the beach with me. So I am the one tearing up the highway going back and forth to the beach. It's ok, we'll let him keep working, for now, You know what I mean. HA! I have the beach all to myself.

Why they chose this property

We love the area and 30A, right now, is off the beaten path of traffic. Walk directly across the street to the beach to see the sunset or sit on the deck (Oct ~March) to see some of he most beautiful sunsets. This area is usually very relaxing and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! You can ride a bike forever down 30A, on the walking/biking trail. There are plenty of places along the way to stop and shop or get a cold beverage. We have bike rentals on the property, two Publix stores within 5 miles, both on 98, we are convenient to Seaside, WaterColors and Seagrove. If you like golf, the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is right down the street. If you like to eat out, the restaurant, Vue, has great food/drinks and beautiful sunsets from their patio as well as Shunk Gulley, Stinky's Fish Camp, Louis Louis's, Red Bar, Local Catch, The Perfect Pig, etc. A lot of these restaurants you can walk to or ride a bike.
