Enjoy the lake view from our screened in porch in our 5 year old home. Fantastic very private lakefront home very close to the water. A gentle sloped short walk to our double boathouse. Enjoy the use of the community private boat launch right across the street. The home features 275 foot of water frontage right off the main lake in a private cove. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths plus bonus room- max occupancy of 8 plus 4 kids Plenty of room for your boat at our dock. The screened in porch has a 50" big screen TV to watch while enjoying the beautiful lake view. We have 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Large open floor plan for entertaining. Beautiful master bedroom suite with large shower and double vanities. Enjoy a total of 4 large flat screen TVs.

Some of our neighbors have full time jobs and have to get up in the morning.. Please be considerate and keep any music and noise at a low levels.
The HOA has requested NO parking on the streets as they are private and not very wide. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway.

My wife Candy and I have been married for 47 years. We grew up and live in Richmond VA. We have owned at lake Gaston for 16 years and just love it. Lake Gaston is one of the nicest lakes you will find. Clean water, not to crowded, and the lake level always remain the same (+ or - 1 foot) We sold our old home and built a new one for 2016. Join us for a memorable summer family vacation.

Very private cove just off the main lake. 10 minutes by water to several waterfront restaurants and marinas. The community boat ramp is directly across the street. Enjoy our beautiful waterfront screened in porch for dining or just relax on the porch and enjoy our big screen TV. Watch a game and enjoy the view!
