House 100 meters from the so-called "Natural Pool" of Binibeca, with stunning sea views. 3 m from the town of Binibeca Vell and 10 minutes walk to the beach of Binibeca. Living room with kitchen incorporated by an American bar. Private pool. It consists of 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main room has a double bed and a built-in bathroom. The other two rooms have two beds and share a bathroom. It has a wood stove for winter. The house is not prepared for children under 14 years.

With Minorcan mother and grandmother, we have explored the island since we were little and we like everything about it: landscapes, sea, gastronomy, archeology, people. The good thing is that there is always something to discover and every year we find something new
Why they chose this property
It is a house with a perfect size, with terrace and wonderful terrace with views, located in a privileged place and taken care of with affection. It has details that make her charming.
Children under the age of 14 can not stay in the house because they do not comply with elements for their safety: there is no fence that surrounds the pool, the roof fence does not meet the requirements required to accommodate children.
