This very quiet private duplex house is in the heart of the historic old town of Tavira.The entrace door of the house is in back main street of Rua de liberdade 37 this building. Entrance door by Beco de Alfeiçao No 20.this end death small road.giving ecoy access to au amenities just a few minutes walk away.
The 200 years old portugues house has been modernised to a high standard.and is close to the roman bridge and the old castle.
It is on the first and second floor.The first floor has kitchen and living room with access to a patio from living room.
The second floor have 2 bedrooms .1 bedroom with large double bed.and 1 bedroom with 2 singles bed.and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is a further single bed in the attic room.for extra people.
There is a roof terrace with views across Tavira and the walled patio is perfect for autdoor dining.
there is street parking autside the house for small fee.but there are also free car parks close by
The restaurants cafes and shops supermarkte are all few minutes by walk away. the house is very good for some one want have a romantic break or a family holiday or friends holiday toghter enjoy the time here.
Tavira is old historic small beautifully calm city.just coming here to feeling the calm life.

Great location and communication

Maria was extremely helpful prior to the holiday and resolved a small issue immediately. The location was fantastic and the accommodation clean and comfortable.

Tavira house

Very helpful owner and great location but some negatives: large building site next door with loud noises from 8am to 5pm. This made access difficult due to work cars and vans and we could not use roof terrace due to noise and dust. TV very limited - no UK channels No sunlit areas in house so quite cold in winter - fan heating noisy Very close to all shops etc so good if you want a house close to town centre

Sorry for the this 3 days the neighbours house renewal the house the few days the big working there. The TV has more 200 the Chanel has BBC new and Sky lots .I think you don't know how to open it.so just saw the Portugues programme.you did not connect it.sorry you did not ask me. There is air-conditioning heating and it is no have noises.the all home no have fan heating. Thanks for your left the house well Mair. Hopefully this summer my neighbour will finish the work. Thanks

L'hébergement est super bien placé, propre et spacieux. Architecture atypique : des escaliers à l'entrée, pour rejoindre une des chambres (en contrebas) et pour atteindre le coin nuit au 1er étage. (Et des escaliers pour accéder au toit, idéal pour bronzer ou faire sécher son linge)
