A 10-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo, 5 minutes by car from the cathedral, historic center and Bellver Castle. Own pool. Nearby forest to walk with/without pets. Supermarket and gas station less than 1 minute by car. Motorway exit 1 minute by car. Main bathroom adapted for the disabled. There are 3 bicycles and one for children to enjoy the wonderful city. (Ask before check-in).
There is a very complete gym, as well as a tennis and paddle tennis club less than a 5-minute walk away.
