NICE AND COMFY ONE BEDROOM OCEANFRONT IN FAMILY FRIENDLY RESORT

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16-story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and corn hole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There is a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however; there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, l
close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Unacceptable Resort

Cannot speak for the room, we never made it that for. But the resort itself was absolutely disgusting. You could tell it's not properly cleaned or maintained. The pool was atrocious, I would not let my child swim in that. Staff tried to help the best they could and we understand there are cancellations policies in place. We were given half of our payment back and we are grateful. But I do feel like there should be a better policy in place if the resort is as awful as this one was.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy with it. Air came in all the time we were there. Furniture broken down and old. Loud noises of the morning. Working on the building. Not happy with it at all. Wish I could have gotten our money back.

Needs updated very badly! Dishwasher leaked every day. Sink in master bath would not drain. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Carpet stains Smells like it is old..... Left 2 days early, very disappointed

Disappointing Experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the process of renting the unit from Sea Breeze Reality was easy, the condo itself left a lot to be desired. Very dated decor(1980's), furniture was old and faded, Kitchen did not have cooking utensils and very few pots, no chairs on balcony just old dark benches. The only positive that I have for this condo was the view. Over all, very disappointed. There was a huge wet brown area on the ceiling in the bathroom. My family and I have stayed at this Complex from 1987 through 2012 and I've never stayed in anything like this.

The location is great, but the condition of the unit left a lot to be desired. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was not enough seating for 4 people in the living area, and the bathrooms were gross. The jetted tub in the master had black around the jets. The shower in the hall bath was barely big enough to fit an adult and one of the ceiling tiles was missing. One of the elevators was out of service the entire week and that made check in and check out a nightmare. I would not stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was enjoyable. We enjoy staying at the RGR and all it has to offer. Unfortunately, with this condo that we stayed in, we did have a few problems. 1.) the second bathroom toilet did not like to flush- it would just fill up to the rim then slowly go down. 2.) the pillows they had available were extremely thin and could probably be replaced, 3.) we found a bottle of lubricant beside our bed when we arrived. 4.) the biggest issue of all- RGR does not allow you to park your golf cart inside the parking garage. Our ONLY means of transportation for our stay was our (1) golf cart. We had to try and find parking out front for the cart. I think this is a absolutely ridiculous rule when we are entitled to (2) parking spots and did not even get to use (1) for our cart since they do not permit it!

Reviewer Comments: We reserved a 2 bedroom unit but when we checked in they had us as a 1 bedroom. We were told the owners were in the 2 bedroom room and all they had left was one 1 bedroom. We had reserved the unit several months in advance. There was no earlier notification of this! The unit we were given was VERY old looking. The sliding door had a film on it, the couch and love seat were worn/discolored, paint worn off the cabinets. I know winter is for maintenance, but they were fixing the balconies and the (jackhammering?) reverberated through the condo.

Property needed some updates with regards to decor, small kitchen appliances. 30 year old Mr Coffee is not what I expected for the price I paid. Upside was washer/ dryer unit worked. It was fairly clean except for the dried noodles stuck on cabinet. If you don't mind living in 1990's again, you may like it!

Besides that the stay was good the kids loved the indoor pool (but it looked really cloudy to me but could have been the lighting of the pool room.) The bar is very pricey on drinks. The view from our balcony was beautiful! Our suite was nice very roomy and clean! So over all the stay was great just thought the cost was a bit much so feel they could offer a little something more like a small breakfast bar.

Great stay at the Garden

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just needed a getaway for a few days and the first place we thought of was Royal Garden. We have been coming there since 1986 at $19 a night.
