From the furnished private balcony you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining, overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. Fantastic stay in lovely javea

The apartment is perfect, spacious and has everything you need for either a short or long stay. A short walk to the promenade where there is a selection of fantastic restaurants and cafes. And if you want a night in loads of English channels including sky. The weather in February was glorious. A visit to the lovely old town is a must . A brilliant four day break , and we will be definitely be returning.

Fabulous apartment and host!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Spacious, clean and had everything you could want and need for a week away with the family. The host Les was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The aircon is a real bonus as the weather in Javea was very hot! Lovely balcony overlooking the pool was an added bonus, lots of space to eat and relax. The pool itself was lovely and clean and spacious, never too busy. My only “complaint” would be the fact it’s closed between 3-5pm, that was frustrating at times. Our friends stayed in the neighbouring Golden Sands block and their pool was open all day until midnight. Supermarket was 5 mins walk and the beach equally close with all the lovely restaurants and bars down there, the location was perfect. All in all a really lovely week away in the sunshine was had by all. Thoroughly recommend this apartment and host.

Casa muy recomendable

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa, de las mejores que he estado en Javea La casa estaba muy completa , todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, menaje de hogar , accesorios para playa y piscina Estaba muy confortable , terraza grande con orientación a la piscina que no todas tenían , se estaba muy agradable viendo la piscina . Aire acondicionado en toda la casa incluso ventiladores de techo hasta en terraza. La ubicación está muy bien cerca de playa a dos calles , pero evitando el jaleo nocturno que suele molestar. Se dormía muy bien Cerca de comercios bares y supermercados , todo cerca Por nosotros muy recomendable

I have translated your great review below, for our English speaking guests - We Highly recommended house We really liked the house, one of the best I have been in Javea. The house was very complete, all kinds of kitchen utensils, household items, beach and pool accessories. It was very comfortable, large terrace facing the pool that not all had, it was very nice to see the pool. Air conditioning throughout the house, even ceiling fans up to the terrace. The location is very good close to the beach two streets away, but avoiding the nocturnal hustle and bustle that usually bothers. He slept very well. Close to shops, bars and supermarkets, everything close. For us, highly recommended

We particularly love sitting on the balcony any time of day overlooking the pool and tropical garden. Only 5 minute stroll to Arenal beach and all it’s amenities
