It's located next to Galatsiou street on 12lf floor with 3 lift access, three bedrooms (one master), large open plan lounge, modern kitchen, two full bathrooms with showers and one wc. Close to Tower View there is , bakery, cafe, pastry shop, pharmacy, supermarket, police office, bar, pub, restaurant, taverns, Pamamkaristos hospital (15-20 minutes). There are two large parks, Veikos grove and Philadelphia grove (about 30-45 minutes walking). Airport/ pick-up can be arranged, if interested let us know.

Amazing...breathtaking

Close to metro, in the center of everything with delicious restaurants and cafes within walking distance, easy to navigate Athens! Recommend!

Property not as described.

This place is listed as a 3 bedroom, but the host refused to open one of the bedrooms for us. First he said it would cost more, then he said he needed to set up the room and it would only take 5 minutes if we really wanted - 20 minutes later he was still saying that!!! We told him YES we want the room but he just kept saying he would open it if we wanted and never did. There were 4 adults and we had to have a 2 bedroom after traveling for 30 hours we were not happy! ESPECIALLY because I had cancelled another rental and booked this one for the extra room! For no reason apparently. And on top of that, he kept messaging me trying to have drinks with us!!!! When we walked out of the building to go out HE WAS WAITING AT THE ENTRANCE like a stalker and then acted like he was on the phone and didn’t know us. It made us feel not safe staying there at all. I would never stay here again.

Million dollar views

My family and I spent one night in this beautiful apartment in Athens! The only downfall is we were only there for one night. The apartment is beautiful, and clean. We were a group of nine, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner, Ioannis, is very nice and always responded promptly to my emails. He arranged transportation for us from the cruise ship terminal and then again to the airport. He had water and juice in the refrigerator for us, along with some cookies and crackers, which was very kind of him. He also pointed out nearby restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we felt very safe. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and a grocery store all within a 5 minute walk. The metro is a 10-15 minute walk straight down the street and very easy to use and get around Athens by. The best part of this apartment is the view! WOW! There are balconies on three sides of the apartment, with million dollar views from each. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony and at night the views are even better. There’s even a pair of binoculars to use, which was a great bonus. If you are traveling to Athens, I highly recommend this apartment, you won’t be disappointed. When I return, I will definitely look to stay here again.

Έχω δύο παιδιά , το Ραφαήλ, 7 ετών και την Λορέν, 3 ετών. Είναι γεμάτα ενέργεια και ενθουσιασμό, ειδικά όταν περνάμε προσωπικό χρόνο μαζί. Ο Ραφαήλ έχει ταλέντο στην ζωγραφική και η Λορέν είναι πάρα πολύ αγαπητή και λατρεύει τα ζώα και την φύση. Είμαι χωρισμένος και ζω και εργάζομαι στην Αθήνα πολύ κοντά στο Tower View ( είναι το όνομα του σπιτιού που θα επισκεφτείτε). Το σπίτι αυτό είναι το σπίτι που έζησα με την πατρική μου οικογένεια, και στην συνέχεια το σπίτι που έζησα με την δική μου οικογένεια. Το ανακαίνισα το 2011 και το 2018 το εξόπλισα για την airbnb. Αγαπώ πάρα πολύ την θάλασσα και τα νησιά. Τα καλοκαίρια τα περνάω μαζί με τα παιδιά μου στο Πόρτο Ράφτη, ένα παραθαλάσσιο μέρος μία ώρα από την Αθήνα. Η ιταλική κουζίνα είναι η αγαπημένη μου και φτιάχνω συχνά πίτσες στα παιδιά μου και μου αρέσει να βγαίνω βόλτα με τους φίλους μου. Τα βιβλία που διαβάζω είναι κυρίως επαγγελματικά. Ακούω όλα τα είδη μουσικής, τελευταία ακούω jazz και workout music, όταν κάνω προπονήσεις. Τα εκπαιδευτικά ταξίδια είναι εκείνα που με βγάζουν από την καθημερινή ρουτίνα. Τελευταία ήμουν Γαλλία στο Ferney Voltaire. Ένα σλόγκαν που μου δίνει δύναμη και με εκπαιδεύει στην υπομονή, είναι: τα πάντα ρει, Ηράκλειτος 5-6 π. χ.
