Great property, tidy, clean and cosy, very welcoming.
Great property, tidy, clean and cosy, very welcoming. Everything you could need provided. Must mention the welcome pack! Amazing! Only drawback was the back garden if you wished to use it, a bit of a steep climb. Otherwise great place to make your base to explore the Cairngorm area.

We have stayed at Langside twice before and have always found it very comfortable and clean, hence our return! The kitchen is very well equipped including nice sharp knives. The layout is very good with a toilet upstairs as well as downstairs bathroom and nice big kichen. There are lovely tasteful fabrics and pottery around, bathrobes and plenty of good quality soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets supplied. Kingussie is well placed for a multitude of activities.

very nice cottage from which to explore the region. Not to much to do in the village as local pub seems to have closed down but the fish and chip shop is excellent

Langside was the perfect cottage for relaxing in after spending the day outdoors exploring the Cairngorms National Park. We used the cottage as a base from which to cycle around the area. What a beautiful place to be. The cottage was stylish, clean and cosy with plenty of space to chill. Grace, the cottage owner took the stress out of a tricky situation at the end of the week when I left my keys - she sent them to me without any hassle. Would love to visit again.

Lovely base for exploring the highlands. Cottage is beautifully furnished (owner has amazing talent for combining textiles) cozy and with a welcoming feel. Area is great for folk who love the outdoors and history. Not much in village but plenty not too far away. Will definitely be back!

Langside is ideally located on the edge of the village with good walks all around.
Langside is ideally located on the edge of the village with good walks all around. The cottage has everything you need for your stay. The village has one of Scotland's best eateries in 'The Cross', great food but some may say a bit pricey but well worth it. The butchers in the village is very good if you want to cook for yourself and if you do not want to cook, the village also has two chip shops and a Chinese takeaway plus several pubs and hotels which also do food.
