No smoking.. Conveniently located for those looking to explore this beautiful county, this single-storey, semi-detached holiday property, adjoining the owner’s home, provides the perfect base. It lies just a few minutes from the heart of the historic town of Marazion, with St Michael’s Mount and wide beach of Mounts Bay. There are great road links with many different areas available within 30 minutes, including Penzance, Land’s End, the quaint villages of Mousehole and Newlyn, St Ives, Hayle and the wild surfing beaches of the North Cornish Coast. Equally close is the historic port of Porthleven with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, pubs and galleries. The wide stretch of beach at Praa Sands and Prussia Cove are just 2 miles down the road.



Spend the day in the ancient town of Helston, famous for its May Day Flora Dance, or the scenic Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly point of the British Isles. There is a pub within a short stroll serving local food and ales, as well as a fish and chip takeaway and the Rosudgeon Sports and Social Club which is open to non members. The area is popular with walkers and birdwatchers, with the renowned marshes at Marazion and Hayle estuary attracting birdwatchers from around the UK. Golf is available at Praa Sands, and there’s also cycle trails, fishing, art galleries and sub-tropical gardens nearby. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
