Lucia met us when we arrived and showed us everything about the apartment and answered our questions. The location was perfect, easy walk from the train and also to the Duomo. The apartment was appointed with everything we needed, full kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom with a really nice shower. We slept teally well on this quiet street! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lucia’s apartment was a 10/10. Everything was seamless from booking to check out and the apartment was exactly as advertised. After a short walk from the train station, Lucia met us there to go over all essentials which was much appreciated. The apt was fully stocked with anything you may need and more…laundry, full kitchen, great AC, large bathroom with a perfect shower, guide books, restaurant recommendations etc. The apt itself is located on a quiet little street within the city which made it very easy to explore all that Firenze has to offer. You will not do better in Florence. Lucia's apartment is clean, spacious and ideally located near the train station and the Duomo. Everything you might want to visit is a 15 minute walk or less. Even with the outstanding location, the apartment is on a quiet side street. Lucia is an outstanding hostess who often checked in with us to make sure that everything was OK. There is an outstanding collection of printed information about Florence and other nearby towns, as well as local restaurants. We were delighted with our stay.

As advertised. Very good location between Duomo and San Lorenzo. A bit noisy with renovations nearby but all of Florence is under construction it seems. Lucia was very good, don’t hesitate to ask for anything.

Location of Lucia’s comfortable spacious apartment made our week long vacation to Florence most memorable. Large variety of great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Lucia was quick to respond and kept in contact during our stay to ensure we were having a good time. This is a superb rental property in the heart of Florence, one block away from San Lorenzo and two blocks away from the Duomo. The living room is spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Both, the bathroom and the bedroom are large for european standards. Lucia is a great host. She checked with us frequently to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She booked us with a fantastic wine tasting experience at Poimbaia winery in Montalcino( highly recommended). We couldn't be happier and would definitively recommend this rental property. The paid parking garage is just around the corner as well as a supermarket and a number of fantastic restaurants.

Great Location

We loved this apartment! It was conveniently located and had everything we could need. The hosts were very helpful and prompt for getting back to us with any questions we had. They had a great book of info. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Florence
