Thank you for you lovely review Simone, it was a pleasure to have you. Unfortunately trying to get parts for the outdoor spa has been a challenge - as everything is at this time. We are in the process of replacing all the jets so we don't have issues with any of them. In regards to the indoor corner bath, we only advertise it as a corner bath as the pump was blown up 3 times in a month from misuse. With the price of pumps it was not worth having a spa bath inside. We are however in the process of revamping a number of things on the property over August, including the main bathroom. The corner bath is being replaced with a free standing bath. Again thank you, we are so pleased you had a fab time even with the spa jets not all fully functioning. Would definitely welcome you back anytime.

Firstly, I am very disappointed with the tenants concerned. The Tenants were given very early check in on the Friday and did not leave till late on the Sunday without extra charge. We had a phone call extremely late on the Saturday night, missed the call, but returned the call within the hour. They informed us they thought there was a blockage as the water was not draining. We were unable to get someone on site as it was late on a Saturday night, however had it attended to early next morning (Sunday) at around 8am. It was discovered that there were hand towels in the pipes, creating an extensive blocking the system, despite notices in every bathroom stating not to put any foreign objects in the systems. Our terms and conditions stipulate cost or charges can be withheld from the bond should there be damages caused by the tenant not following our guidelines and instructions. Not only were there hand towels blocking the pipes. there was more than the stipulated 12 people staying. This would explain the excessive water coming out of the system at the blockage. We have a strict person policy and explain to everyone due to the waste system we have, we do not cater for more than the allocated people . We are in a Wildcoast Reserve and houses in the area are under the same systems. There are occasions when the bond is withheld until a problem is dealt with and dispute our suspicions and our cleaners recommendations not to return the bond in full, we had returned the bond in full, some days before this review was written - within the guide-lines of our terms and conditions. The location is clearly on the website and we bought the property for its quiet location. We do not want to be know as a "Party House" We only wish we had a review system on tenants so we could avoid certain tenants. Overall unsatisfactory tenants that we would not invite back again.
