Banyanda is a stunning beachside holiday retreat with a focus on art whilst nestled into landscaped gardens which are home to a number of local native birds.

This modern, architect designed home will satisfy all your holiday needs and has a fully equipped kitchen with stone benches and soaring cathedral ceilings and rooms bathed in natural light. Or cook your own BBQ on the weber and relax in the sun.

This luxurious coastal getaway is a short 150 metre walk to a safe swimming beach where you can often find seals, manta rays, dolphins and is surrounded by walking and bike tracks, numerous surf beaches as well as being close to great cafes, restaurants, wineries and boutique shopping. Cowes main street is a 15 minute walk along the beach.

Enjoy a family getaway or a romantic weekend or just relax with friends.

Anderson Street boat ramp is just around the corner so you can easily access the concrete ramp and jetty to launch and retrieve your boat or sit and have brunch at the Boat Ramp cafe.

Experience a remarkable whale watching adventure departing from Rhyll to circumnavigate Phillip Island. Keep an eye out for humpbacks and southern right whales eagerly searching for their blow, distinctive water footprint or graceful dorsal fins. Be captivated by dolphins frolicking alongside the boat and discover a natural habitat for Albatross, gannets and seals.

Watch a Penguin colony at sunset waddle from the sea to their burrows at Phillip Island Penguin Parade.

Explore the Koala Conservation Reserve and explore the treetop boardwalks to see koalas in their natural habitat.

Great beach location

Banyanda was in a great location with all the comforts of home. Check in process was very straightforward, hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to reply to my queries. We had a wonderful stay, everything was comfortable and modern and we could walk to the beach, coffee shop and takeaways.

50 somethings, we are both water babies and love nothing better than boating, swimming in the ocean and walking along the beach, especially all rugged up in the winter. We also love camping in the great Australian Outback.

Why they chose this property

The close proximity to the beach had us fall in love with this location to build a new house. It's huge windows and light and airy feel always makes you feel like you are on holidays. The birds that visit also keep us entertained.

What makes this property unique

Close to the Anderson Street Boat Ramp and Cafe and a safe swimming beach for chidren. Enjoy the koalas, and the penguin parade, water sports, surfing, boating and the great restaurants on offer at the island.
