Vball Stay at Vista Cay

Our overall stay was great with this property. There were some small hiccups with Wifi but property management was responsive and helped us sort it out. This location is close to everything and really convenient for quick trips around Orlando. We will definitely seek this out for our annual trips to Orlando for the AAU Volleyball Nationals and other events.

DEMA dive show attandens

Very nice appartment and area! We had not received the door code when we arrived so that was a problem, but was solved after calling and emailing and waiting in the car for approx 1 hour. Walking distans to the DEMA dive show that we worked at. Overall a nice stay!

Great location!

This property was the perfect location for a quick walk to the pool and sits close to the gate to have a quick 11 minute walk to the convention center. It was spacious, clean, and there wasn't anything I needed that wasn't available.

Great stay!

We rented this property for its close proximity to Universal. Very easy check-in process, very clean, and nice layout in the home. No major issues within the home. You will have to purchase certain household items depending on the length of your stay (coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels). Property owners were fairly quick in their responses to any questions/needs. Enjoyed the stay overall and would rent this property again!

Nice place, but be aware...

The Pros: *The location was fantastic. Minutes from Universal, close to shopping & freeway access. *Having space for our family spread out was fantastic. The townhouse was roomy & has tall ceilings and big windows. *The amenities at the property complex were nice, although we were so busy we didn't spend much time using them. *The beds were comfy. *The views from the back of the townhouse were fantastic! Especially the sunset! The Cons: *WIFI. It didn't work. We were able to get connected for about 30 minutes on the first day before it disconnected & then weren't able to get it to connect to our devices for the remainder of our stay. We tried resetting the router, unplugging the router for a hard reset, restarting phones, forgetting the network on our phones, etc. Luckily we were just wanting to use it to check email & browse social media for a few minutes, which we were able to do using our own data. If we had needed to use it for work, it would have been a big problem. *The house was minimally stocked with what I consider necessary items. It was missing rugs in the bathrooms (& bathroom tiles get slippery when wet!). The kitchen was also missing kitchen towels (I wash my hands a lot when cooking & appreciate a place to dry them), hot pads, oven-safe pans (there was no cookie sheet or baking dish), large bowls (making a salad was impossible), or serving plates. It did have a blender, but it was not working. Missing these things made meal time difficult. We choose to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel so that we can cook most of our meals - we eat healthier during our vacation & can spend more money on doing fun things rather than eating out. We ended up running to the dollar store to buy most of these items so that we could cook the meals we had planned. *Maintenance: One evening, we came home to a smoke detector chirping in the downstairs hall, directly outside the downstairs bedroom. We called the number listed in the information book at 6:01 pm. She said she would let maintenance know & they would take care of it. We listened to it beep for hours & finally called them back about 9:30 . She said it didn't qualify for an emergency visit, but she would let maintenance know & she suggested taking the battery out. Tall ceilings & no ladder or step stool made it dangerous & almost impossible, but we were able to finally remove it. They still had not come by to fix it when we left days later.

Property was beautiful and everything was perfect! Cleans and modern with a lot of room.

Great experience for Spring Break vacation with the children. The property manager was awesome. So kind and friendly. We would love to stay here next Spring as well.

Perfect location!

We had a terrific stay at this property! Everything was exactly as we expected and it was within walking distance to the Orlando Convention Centre and the Hilton Orlando. We were there for work meetings and loved the convenience of being close by but sharing the living spaces vs being stuck in a hotel room! Thanks for being great hosts and being available to answer any question!
