Situated away from the hustle of Cowes this perfectly positioned elevated beach house has everything you need. It has comfortable beds, couches, dining furniture, crockery/cooking appliances and BBQ. Main bedroom has Queen bed and has room for port a cot or extra fold out bed for child. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks.

Nearby attractions

This house overlooks a quiet bay beach which is excellent for swimming and secluded beach walks. Within 10 minutes drive is the Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre as well as a varity of Surf beaches, Cowes township, Koala Reserve, Phillip Island Nature Park and a variety of other family activities. Do as much or as little as you like.

A wonderful stay for a family getaway!

Our family are return guests, we had an absolutely beautiful stay once more. A brilliant house to unwind & relax particularly from the huge deck overlooking the serene water views of Ventnor beach. Only a Short stroll to beach, comfy beds, large fridge, the house is very well equipped for a super enjoyable stay. A big Thank you Lynne, our best wishes for 2025!

Quiet and clean

Lynne’s place is our favourite. The house is comfortable and the view is great. Just a short stroll to the beach. Anchorage shop at the end of the street. Less than 10 minutes into Cowes. Air conditioner might need to be re-gassed. We had a wonderful time as always.

We love the beaches on this side of the island and the house and deck are north facing so lovely and warm when the sun is out - even in winter. It's a very quiet area and the views of the water from the deck are lovely.
