Fantastic holiday home with water views & great deck
Located in central Narooma 2 minutes from Woolworths & 5 minutes from the beach is our fantastic holiday home with stunning views from the existing balcony & new entertaining deck with 8 seater table & chairs. The property has recently been upgraded with the addition of an ensuite to the main bedroom and the removal of the wall between the kitchen & living area and installing a new kitchen. The original carpets have been removed & the floorboards polished throughout the house. PLEASE READ OUR FEEDBACK WHICH IS 100% FOR PEACE OF MIND The main lounge has a 40 inch smart TV the property has WIFI. The dining area has a dining table & side board with iPhone compatible Bose stereo. There are full kitchen, butlers pantry & laundry facilities & a main bathroom with bath & shower and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a separate ensuite with shower & toilet & wall mounted flat screen TV. It has 3 main bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds & 1 with a double & all 3 have built in wardrobes. There is also the "sunroom" which is a massive room with 1 set of bunks which is a double on the bottom and single above for the kids and an additional queen bed - there is also a lounge. This room has its own 50 minch smart TV - a great separate retreat for the kids or separate family. All linen sheets, pillow cases, towels & doona covers are to be provided by rental tenants. The beds have pillows, pillow protectors & doonas provided but you will need you own linen & towels. The property has gas heating in the main living area and the large family room and each bedroom has electric heaters. Please note the the fireplace is capped so it cannot be used. The balcony has a Webber Q BBQ and outdoor setting & has great views of the Wagonga river and there is a boat ramp right below the house in the bay. The back yard is fully fenced with gates at either side of the property for security for children & dogs.. The kids can enjoy all the beaches & parks in Narooma and see the wildlife such as the seals at the bar boat ramp near the boardwalk. There are fantastic eating opportunities in Narooma with fabulous seafood, Thai, modern bistro's at the pub, Club Narooma & the Golf Club. The property is dog friendly after speaking to us about restrictions. The property has a no smoking policy for indoors - if you are found to have been smoking inside it will result in a direct loss of bond. We do encourage people to use the bottle & can recycling machine at the plaza shopping centre if they can. We know that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Loop.

Fabulous location. Very roomy, well set out property. House had everything you could possibly need. The host was great with communication. Loved staying here.
Nice big house that can accommodate many people comfortable, including kids and dogs. The house has all the item you need for cooking and a great deck to enjoy the view.
Close to great coffee shops and the supermarket
We will definitely come ans stay again.
We had a great stay in Narooma, the house is well set up for larger families. The ‘family’ bedroom was great for our three kids. Kitchen really well stocked and we loved that the house was pet friendly for our old puppy. House really needs a deep clean, the skirtings were very dusty and on arrival and we found 4 dead cockroaches in the bedroom. Including the cleaning in the cost of the accomodation would be preferable. Fantastic balcony and location and very easy to walk to the marina. Cheers

Hi John. I have tried to call multiple times to chat about your comments but had no response. You had asked for any early check in which I said you could go in at 12. You met the property manager/cleaners at 11.30 and spoke to her. The property is always cleaned after each stay but as someone checked out at 10am so they did have limited time. I spoke to her and the tenants that checked out the day you came in and they both have had no issues with cockroaches or ants. We do have baits out to limit any and the cleaner says she does find the occasional dead one. There was one full red bin and one totally empty. As the previous tenants were mid week they hadn’t put the bins out as they are done on Monday morning. Unfortunately the yellow recycling bins only get collected every second week. We do state this in the emails you receive.
I’m disappointed you had issues but it would have been nice if you had called me so I could get to the bottom of them.
We stayed at The Loop for 3 nights.
The view from the verandah is great.
The main bedroom and room with the bunk are a good size, the two rooms with the double beds cannot fit anything around so if you have extended family like us there was no room to put our suitcase.
We found that the house itself has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Dusty under lounges and in cupboards, crumbs where toaster was left and mould on roller blinds
My family along with my husband’s mother visiting from overseas, stayed at the home for 5 nights. We loved the deck and views, along with a spacious family room inside and well equipped kitchen. The family bedroom was fantastic for my teenage sons to have their own space too. Also the backyard is enclosed and shaded, and we we were grateful to be able to bring our dog and leave him for short times out the back.
The house could benefit from some deeper cleaning, grime around taps in the main bathroom and the windowsills and skirting boards gathering dust and bugs. Also agree with devious comments that the price warrants cleaning included, big job to pack, vacuum and clean and be out by 10am.
We had a lovely stay in this nicely appointed property. There is plenty of room to spread out and the views are fabulous. A well stocked kitchen, with all the utensils you could possibly need, which was a bonus. Recommend!
Our family loved our stay at this property, the best part was being able to bring our Greyhound who loved sunbaking on the deck. Location was perfect, can't fault the property.
My partner and I were lucky enough to be able to book this amazing property at short notice after our original holiday plans were cancelled due to flooding issues. Damien was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. The house is beautiful and in great condition, with views to die for while enjoying a quiet afternoon drink after a busy day adventuring the stunning Narooma area. Being a dog friendly property this was the perfect location for us and our pups to get away for a mini family break. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others!

The three couples had separate rooms with very comfortable beds and the singles had the big room with their own TV and a choice of beds.
The location is great, just a short walk to the marina and the Wagonga inlet and a 5 minute drive to the beach.

This property is comfortable and well equipped with adequate room for a family group. The bedding and room arrangements are fine except the third bedroom would be better served with a queen size bed rather than a double as presently configured. This makes sleeping arrangements more versatile for couples. The house location is good and it is nice and quiet.
