Beautiful Lake & Mountain Views Private Playground - Full House Access

Wake up to beautiful views of Lake Havasu. Our home is centrally located within 6 miles of London Bridge and world famous Site 6 launch ramp. Our home is equipped with luxury linens, brand new stainless steel amenities and a gourmet kitchen. Master has a King bed w/ private entrance to the backyard. Our second bedroom is a cal king and our third bedroom is a queen. We have two additional queen air mattresses in linen closet. Tile flooring and air conditioning throughout keeps you nice and cool. A 65" Smart TV in the living room with cable and flat-screens in every room with WiFi. Dog run is attached and has inside entrance and is gated. There is a ring camera on the front door. It is turned off upon arrival for your privacy. It is for check in purposes only.

Weekend stay with family for boating trip

We had a great time at this property. Stalina's communication with us throughout the stay was impressive and the house was clean and well appointed for our family of 4 and pet Husky. She even left some treats for us to enjoy during our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again soon!

Well appointed, comfortable and clean

Communication was effortless and very prompt. Property is clean and VERY well appointed. They had everything you'd need to feel at home. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee essentials, seasonings, appliances, tàbleware, cookware and pantry essentials. Beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of pillow, fresh new linens and lankets. There was ample space for our puppies' crate in the bedroom with us. Family room is cozy and a great place to relax on the couch and play games. Back patio was great for lounging and the grill was ready for barbequing. Our granddaughters enjoyed the swings and running around the yard with the puppies. The driveway was a bit daunting at first site as it is steep, but we backed in without a problem so loading and unloading was a breeze. My daughter pulled her lower clearance car in without a problem as well. The check-in and out process was incredibly simple and we appreciated so much that we were given some extra time making the trip stress free! We look forward to staying again!!

Home Away From Home

My family really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a Celebration of Life and trying to reserve a house to please everyone was hard but it worked. The Host was very helpful with our need to check in early to make the service. We especially like that it was dog friendly. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Having the use of the garage was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable home and generous host

The host was very responsive and generous. The home was very comfortable and stocked with everything from games to other travel necessities. We weren't familiar with Lake Havasu City, it was a little hard to navigate around and was a little farther from the lake then we realized, but it was nice being far away at the same time. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time.

Family Time

Wonderful place to say to visit with family and pets. Enjoyed the large living room and stocked kitchen. The showers are clean and refreshing after a day at the lake! Property owner is prompt to reply, cordial, and accommodating
