About this property

Large newly updated condo in close proximity to town and summer adventures!

Located half way between the town of Durango and Purgatory ski lodge. This is a beautiful completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, that sleeps 10 comfortably. The bedrooms feature 1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, and one sleeper sofa. All beds have quality tempurpedic style memory foam matresses. There are 3 full size bathrooms remodeled with granite countertops and plenty of towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with pots, pans, utencils, and dining ware. The dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is a gas grill and lounge chairs on the patio ready for you to take in the amazing views.

Additional features of the condo include ceramic floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms and loft. The condo includes 2 new hot water tanks in order to ensure plenty of hot water throughout your stay. For entertainment purposes, there is one 55 inch flat screen tv in the main living area and 40 inch flat screens in the bedrooms. High speed internet is available with an upload speed of 4Mb.

During winter months, there is snow removal from the parking lot.

Guest have access to 2 parking spaces as well as the facilities of Tamarron lodge. The Valley fitness center and pool adjoins the south end of the main lodge at Tamarron. The facility includes a restaurant/bar, a full state of the art fitness facility (complete with full cardio, weights, and classes), an indoor lap pool, a year round heated pool, and a hot tub. The facility also houses a relaxing massage and spa service center. An outdoor play ground and fire pits are available for your enjoyment. Tennis is available with a 1 day advanced sign up with no court fee.

The mountain views are amazing and magnificent from every window in the condo. Durango offers year round adventures. Our guests now have the ability to play Glacier Club’s Valley course at a discounted rate of $135 for 18 holes with a cart. The Valley course is an 18 hole course at the Tamarron Resort offering world class golf at 7,400 feet above sea level. This course is currently only open to members and Tamarron guests staying in the “designated” golf room. Additional details will be provided upon request.

Awesome place

Location was perfect, between Durango and Purgatory ski resort. Resort has pool and fitness center that were awesome and sleeping arrangements were great. Plenty of room, very comfortable.

This was a great condo for our family to stay at while taking the Polar Express! Just a little bit of snow made it fun for the kids to sled on. We would have loved a fireplace though!

Wonderful place!

This condo had everything! My husband and I traveled with our 2 girls (3 and 6 months)in May to Durango. Can't beat the views from this location and it was so nice to have a place our girls could play and take naps. Very clean, super comfortable beds, and everything you need kitchen wise. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cond in a beautiful setting!

We stayed in this condo on our annual trip with our good friends. It was very comfortable and has a very well-stocked kitchen. Everything you need and more!! It is located just a few minutes from beautiful Electra Lake, where we spent a nice day relaxing and fishing. We look forward to another get-away in the future at this great place!

Family vaca

The owners really put thought into what makes it comfortable for guests. The beds are super comfortable and they had plenty of extra pillows that were great quality. Our stay was very comfortable. The indoor pool was pretty cold and outdoor pool had alot of mosquitos but that was our only complaint. Check in and out was very simple.

Wonderful spot

The location of the property is perfect. You have access to the mountains to the north and Durango to the south. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and the Hermosa Cliffs was so relaxing. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. I highly recommend.

Did Not Want To Leave

Townhome was very clean and well stocked. Great location and golf was excellent. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. If you are an early bird head to the patio to watch the wildlife. We saw wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, and too many birds to mention while out enjoying our coffee. Owners were wonderful to work with. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Best stay ever!

This has been our best vacation ever! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was lots of room for our family to spread out. The heated pools and workout area were a huge bonus! The check-in procedure was easiest I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. This condo was even better than we expected from the description. The grounds were beautiful covered with snow. The kids had a blast sledding and making snowmen! It was between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort, so it was very convenient for all of our activities.

Durango 2020

We loved staying in Tamarron Village! Quaint , older condos that have been comfortably renovated. This particular one has a beautiful view off both the front and back porches also enjoying a view of a spectacular golf course . Stephanie was a wonderful help guiding us to many fun day trips and eating establishments! We will return!

Absolutely wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our Spring Break at this beautiful and comfortable home! There was plenty of room for our party of six. My family of four took over the upstairs; my husband and I enjoyed the enormous master suite and our two children took over the loft area, while our friends had their privacy in the main floor bedroom. The condo came with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, cozy, and we all felt right at home. And, it was perfectly situated between the city of Durango and Purgatory Resort. The only negative part was having to leave! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. It was our first time in Durango but certainly will not be the last!! The owner of the condo was very accommodating and easy to work with. Upon arriving at the condo we were blown away by the space and layout. It was perfect for our group! We have decided to make this a yearly trip and hope to be able to book the same condo again. AND we are thinking we might need to visit Durango in the summer or fall and take in some activities outside of skiing! The resort staff were also very kind and accommodating, Race, who assisted out group in the wee hours of the morning was especially helpful! Thank you again for the amazing experience!!

Beautiful Condo, with everything you'll need!

What a perfect family get-away! We enjoyed every minute of our time spent in your luxurious condo! Plenty of space for everyone to relax and chill. The view of the golf course is relaxing and tranquil. We've stayed in several condos and this is the first one to supply everything you need - right down to spices and condiments, which really made it nice since we often cooked at the condo. The pool was perfect and never crowded (although a hike from the condo). The grounds were super quiet and extremely well-maintained. We went to all of the local restaurants and were never disappointed! The drive to down town Durango takes about 20 minutes, but that was never a problem for us. Thank you for such a perfect stay!!

We live in Texas. We have 6 children and one grandchild. We love the outdoors and first visited Durango back in 2012. We were in love with this quaint mountain town in the valley. The views are breathtaking. We love to visit Durango during all seasons and take advantage of everything it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Situated off of highway 550, or what is called the "million dollar highway", Tamarron resort is located half way between the town of Durango and Purgatory ski resort. It is a truly beautiful setting amidst red cliffs, tall pines, and shimmering aspen. Tamarron is the only resort in the area that offers all the amenities that you would want on your vacation getaway. The condo has been completely remodeled offering all the amenities of home.
