Views of San Francisco, the Bay Bridge and the Bay from every room and the private deck. Big windows, glass sliders flood the space with light, and an electric fireplace in the living area of this one bedroom in-law apartment create an open, sunny space perfect for relaxing or work, visiting UC, SF, wine country, beaches, more. The ceiling is two-stories tall, but the guest-suite is one floor. Inside stairs lead to a separate unit, not included in this listing. Short and long-term stays are welcome.
The slider opens to a private deck off the living area, with table and chairs for dining, as well as chairs for relaxing. The lush garden attracts hummingbirds, butterflies and more. A full kitchen with full size appliances, including dishwasher, double ovens, make it easy to cook when not enjoying the amazing neighborhood restaurants. Double sinks and jetted tub in bathroom, healthy shower spray. Separate 48" desk, an expandable table for dining, a comfortable sofabed in living area, full size bed in bedroom. Lots of extra towels and blankets, pillows. The apartment is close to one level, but there is a step up from the living area to the kitchen, and another from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom separates the bedroom from the living area, great for guests with different body clocks or with children. The property is serene and quiet, in and out.
