Disgraceful

To not have a bathroom or kitchen IN THE HOUSE in this day and age is beyond belief. Bathroom was a diy shack in the backyard, no bathroom inside the house is unacceptable. No kitchen inside also, all the appliances were outside on a bench and were in old condition. The floors still had pet hair from the previous people. This listing is misleading and we paid a ridiculous amount for the 3 nights which in my opinion was robbery. I refused to let my 2 kids stay with us at this property because of the conditions and had to arrange for them to stay elsewhere. I would like to talk to someone about this situation and hope to receive a phone call about this. I am disgusted and appalled with this listing, it definitely needs to assessed as I wouldn’t want this to happen to another family. Reimbursement of some kind would be appreciated.

Hi Robert I like to receive feedback of all nature, however untruthful comments i do not welcome ,You failed to mention the early check in you requested ,which i organised for you ,by reorganising my cleaners in the busiest time of the season, dec 30,31,1st jan .The house is a beach house ,500 metres to all the beaches ,which is pet friendly , being reason you booked .As for relocating family members i find that hard to believe ,You ask to receive a phone call ,why DIDNT you call me ,if you had a problem straight away regards peter
