Beach'in in Broulee !

A townhouse that is "smack where you want it ", the beach, a cool little coffee shop, surf shop and chemist, Don't forget...... the beach, yep all within 3 minutes walk.

We do not charge any extra costs ( cleaning, sercuity fees etc )
In the townhouse you have;

Three bedrooms , the main - 1 x queen. The curtain room - 1 x queen. The bunk room - 2 x full size bunks.
Upstairs bathroom with toilet.
1 x big 51" smart TV.
1 x stereo with connectivity to TV, DVD, radio, Ipod, Iphone and usb to TV.
Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, microwave, aldi coffee pod machine.
Private patio with gas bbq, table and chairs.
Washing machine in laundry.
A downstairs toilet.
1 x garage to chuck the toys, surf & boogie boards, kayaks, scooters and bikes in.
1 x webber to smoke that fish.
An outside shower too!
BUT NO PETS ! sorry
Don't forget, you will need to BRING YOUR OWN BED LINIEN AND TOWELS.

The Muffin shop - Surfside Ave Mossy Point, great breaky and coffee.

Train St coffee shop - much the same thing.

Tomakin sports & social club - a great relaxed place for food drinks and entertainment for everybody .

Mogo Zoo & township - 5 minutes (by car) up Tomakin Rd.

The Broulee surf club - South Beach.

Moruya township - 10 min's south by car &
Batemans bay township - 15 min north by car.

Richard’s place is in excellent location, stones throw to beach and cafe/Brewery/pizza place and pharmacy.Townhouse is really well equipped with everything you could need.Richard was really easy to contact, check in etc. Couldn’t fault communication. Typical south coast shack vibes. Excellent value for money. Would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you! : )

Great central location

Stones throw away from the Broulee brewhouse, surf shop, baristas and the beach. Great location. Will be back.

Broulee weekend

Brew pub opened up a short walk from the house. Makes for a pleasant surprise, good beer and eats.

Great location, near beach and Coffee and food

Walking distance to beaches, area to snorkel, and near Beach with life guards. 50 metres to Brew Bar for coffee and food and drinks, open all day. Mogo Zoo, Batesmans Bay and Moruya markets on Saturday.

Great long weekend!

The place may not look impressing but is very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accomodate a big family or even two families. There is everything that you neeed to stay for longer. The location of the property is a dream - close to both beaches and to the river. Perfect place for kids of all age. We loved the time spent at Broulee.

Good location

The house is in a good location but needs some TLC. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils. Two of the rooms lacked blinds/curtains so we were woken at the first light. One of the rooms doesn’t have a wall or door. There weren’t any basic condiments such as salt, pepper or sugar which was very surprising. No wifi to speak of. For the price we paid for 10 days, it could be made much more comfortable.
