Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
we do not accept leavers/schoolies - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
COVID POLICY COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting, therefore the cancellation policy will apply

Clean n spacious

Great townhouse with plenty of space. Modern. Clean. Well located at the entrance to the Margaret River area. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant location, wonderful house.

We had a lovely time in Geo Vista, we have stayed before and this time we came with family. It was great to show them our favourite place in the world :) The house is spacious and comfortable. The mattresses could do with upgrading and the bedding was also quite cheap. Every did complain that the beds were not comfortable. The vacuum also needs replacing as it didn't work. Otherwise, the house is fabulous. The new sofa was lovely and there was heaps of crockery and everything was available that we needed. We did really enjoy the puzzles! We would stay again.

Nice property slightly out of town. Nicely equipped and furnished. Bed mattresses and linen could be updated to a better quality. The real downside of the property is the internet which is awful and basically non existent. We have stayed in other villas on this site and never had this problem. We came equipped to stream The Masters and missed the whole tournament as we couldn’t access the internet at all.

Dunsborough weekend

The house was great only thing that would have made it better would have been block out blinds in the master bedroom. The other two rooms are fine they don't face the morning sun. The master how ever was intense in the morning.

Lovely place

The place was really lovely. Closing garage was an added bonus. A few things need some maintenance, front door sticks, the couch was not at all comfortable and the drains need unclogging. There were also lots and lots of stairs. Everything about the house was really lovely. We really enjoyed the place, beds were comfy and the view was wonderful.

Excellent place and area to stay with family. I would not have looked for anything better.

My children loved this property very much besides it having no internet access. As a parent I didn’t mind that as that allowed us to spend more time having fun together. The property is so clean and tidy. It has all we needed, very close to the shops and everything. We would definitely call again.

Awesome stay!

Great house nestled just out of Dunsborough town. Nice setup with a great balcony with bbq and inside well designed and furnished. Spa bath was amazing. Noise from the road was noticeable but not really a problem. The cleaners had forgotten to make up our beds (linen was provided) but was quickly and easily fixed with a phone call to the afterhours number. Overall a great place for a weekend away catching up with friends.

Lovely modern house including everything you may need. 20min walk through wooded path to town bit dark on way back. Central to all amenities and sandy beaches. Look forward to staying again.

Fabulous location. Fabulous house.

We had a great stay during winter in this house with 8 of us comfortably staying here. Reverse cycle in each bedroom. 3 TVs. Beautiful surrounds. A lovely walk into town.
