Designed for quintessential California indoor-outdoor living. The home itself is bright and airy with plenty of windows to allow the sea breezes to roll in while but also has A/C for warm summer days. After a long day at the beach relax in the custom 6 person, 8 jet cedar hydrotherapy hot tub off the main deck near the garden. The living room and kitchen are an open plan concept with an adjacent dining room that flows to the outside living space via retractable bi-fold doors. The modern kitchen has everything you need with high end appliances, wide variety of cooking essentials and a large granite island. The kitchen itself flows directly to the outdoor space via a huge server window. Sit and relax at its outside bar counter whilst all the cooking goes on in the kitchen!

The outdoor area is a standout and is perfect for socializing and relaxing. It features a cedar hot tub and large deck area with a large commercial heater and ceiling fan. It can be enjoyed year round and has enough shaded areas to get out of the sun as well as sunny outlooks to enjoy our amazing weather. Relax all day in the outdoor living area with large sectional couch and outdoor speakers. The whole outdoor area comes alive at night with custom landscape lighting for the perfect backdrop for dinner in the outdoor dining area. The outdoor space features:

* 6 person (4 adult), 8 jet cedar hydrotherapy hot tub in secluded back yard. Hot tub will be covered and locked until waiver is signed

* Outdoor living room with 6-piece sectional
* Outdoor kitchen with granite counters, large Weber built-in grill with stove burner, outdoor fridge, sink
* All-season covered deck with BOSE outdoor speakers, outdoor heaters and fan

* Secluded back yard area with citrus, apple and pomegranate trees and custom landscape lighting

Note: A total separated and dedicated studio at the rear of the property will not be rented to any other guests. The studio unit is 400sq.ft, is accessed by a private gate and entrance and includes a full kitchen (with stainless appliances, quartz counter-tops, European style cabinets), full spa-style bathroom, ductless A/C, all-season outdoor living area with infrared heater and outdoor shower. The studio may possibly be owner occupied but this will be communicated ahead of time and no one will be seen nor any outdoor spaces shared with guests
