These fully furnished one-bedroom condominiums are accessed by way of a deck and include a few steps, depending on which unit you are staying in. Relax on the deck which includes a personal barbeque grill, and a table and chairs, while enjoying the amazing views. You enter a spacious living room including a recliner, queen sofa sleeper, large electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. At the far end of the living room is the dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs. While in this area you can enjoy the outside views from the large windows. As you pass the dining area you will enter the fully stocked kitchen complete with appliances and dishwasher. On your right will be a full bathroom. Past the kitchen is the large bedroom containing a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of dresser and closet storage space. Wi-Fi included (731square feet) No AC. Fans provided

Barefoot retreat

We had a gorgeous weather and views in the morning for breakfast and enjoyed the hot tub at night. It’s a comfortable place to stay and close to all the sights, but also secluded enough to have some private relaxation.

Beautiful views clean condo

Really nice one bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa. Really clean newly updated. Sits right next to the pool and hot tub. Overlooks the valley with a really nice view. Steep incline to get up to it might be an issue during the winter weather I don't know it's summer when we came and everything's beautiful

SXS stay

Stayed here for a weekend SXS trip to the hills with our 2 little kids. Easy, simple condo in a great location considering we weren’t there during the day. Right by the community pool and hot tub so that was great for the kids. Would’ve like a griddle or something similar in the condo and I didn’t realize there was no AC prior to getting there, but luckily the weather was cool enough at night to keep windows open with the fans. Would stay again.

Good fit for our family

There was a lot to love about our unit. Spacious, well equipped, pretty comfortable. The views from our deck were amazing. Some parts of the property are still being renovated. This didn’t bother or effect our family. Do read the description carefully. We did. The pullout sofa worked fine for our kids, and the temps at night dropped sufficiently that the unit didn’t get too hot during the day (no air). If we didn’t want to visit more states, we’d come back. . . Heck, maybe we still will!

Very clean with a few negatives

My wife and I celebrated our 18th anniversary there. The good: the unit was clean and in good condition. The bad: the windows screens were broken and had large gaps at the edges (bugs). So we were unable to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. The windows were also extremely dirty, making our first floor obstruvted view even worse. Lastly, their was an occupied unit above us who stomped around all day and night. Luckily we both had ear plugs.

Distressed Property, Nice location, Great BBQ

Property itself needs a lot of maintenance, feels shabby and old. Our unit was adequate, had a decent kitchen and supplies but no character or feeling of warmth. The dishes and utensils were all dirty, crusted with food that probably was not rinsed properly before going into the dishwasher and was put away dirty. We washed everything before we used it. The windows and decks were filthy, bbq dirty (we cleaned it before using it). The bed was horrible, a divot deep enough for prairie dogs on the closet side of bed. the man and woman at the reception desk were less than “receptive” or nice, acted as if you were disturbing them as they would not even make eye contact or welcome you upon entry. Any questions posed to them were answered with antagonist replies….we had crushed soaps, and asked for a replacement and were asked what we did to them…their room maintenance provided this to us…anyway, do not recommend this property and suggest that it be updated and painted and cleaned. It is a great location close to ski area across the street and out of town of Lead and nice and cool. It should be mentioned that the “hot tubs” are not warm and the cheap above ground fiberglass type. The pool looked nice and the fitness room was good and laundry room clean and good. the property just has that feeling that it is on its last legs and needs a lot of work and definitely not worth the price we paid, even with Sturgis in session.

Lovely condo with a view

The location and condo were wonderful. It was perfect for seeing the sights but relaxing in peace and we loved the hot tub was right next to our room. The only hiccup was checking in, we hadn’t heard how to do it and I had to reach out to the owner, but I had seen in other posts that was possible so I wasn’t as worried. He replied quickly and was great to work with. We would definitely stay again and I’ve told many friends about the place.
