- Important layout notes: Two upstairs bedrooms are open‑air loft style, overlooking the living area (shutters for privacy) / One upstairs twin bedroom is accessed via a downstairs king bedroom (family suite) / Stairs are narrow and there are no stair gates

👶 Families & Children Children are welcome, with cots, highchairs, toys and beach gear available on request. Please note the property is not child‑proof due to stairs, loft bedrooms, internal balconies and decorative items etc. There is no bathtub.

🎉 Weddings, Events & Functions: Any weddings, gatherings or events must be approved in writing prior to booking and visitors staying elsewhere are not permitted to visit the property unless specifically approved. The property is primarily a holiday rental and events cannot always be accommodated due to neighbouring guests. In most cases, weddings and functions require booking “All 3 Beautiful Cottages”.

- No un‑booked or unpaid visitors at any time (ie friends staying elsewhere can not visit without approval)
- Quiet hours: 8:00pm – 8:00am
- Property access ends at 10:00am on check‑out day
- No parties or functions without written approval
- No pets. Genuine service (assistance) dogs only, with certification & advance notice
- Please bring your own linen if using fake tan etc (replacement fees may apply)
- Property must be left neat, tidy and odour‑free; standard cleaning included (function‑level cleaning not included)
