This WV charmer house was great! It was very comfortable and spacious for our family. The kids loved the ping pong and corn hole in the basement. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. We would love to stay here again!
We came into town to visit family and this was a great spot to stay. It’s really close to several good restaurants and shops with a nice quiet neighborhood.
This place was great, just up the hill from downtown. Nice neighborhood with local restaurants close by - pizza place and brewery are less than a 5 minute walk away. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.
This is in a great location right around the corner from Lola's. The house is very cute and clean. Lots of space and the kids loved the games in basement. Not really a negative, just a misunderstanding on our part is that the back yard is not totally fenced in, so keep that in mind if you are bringing pets.
Nice and cosy property. The outside of the house needs a bit of renewal, but inside is lovely and with high standard. Neighourhood is great with nice restaurants and little shops in walking distance.
Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to cute shops
We have spent the last two Thanksgivings here and absolutely love it. The house is cute and clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to shops and parks and food. We would definitely stay there again if it’s available!
This was an excellent property. The location was within walking distance of many cute eateries and shops. The house was well stocked with games, cups, and plates for kids. I cannot express just how CLEAN this place was. We would definitely recommend for a small family!
This house is so super cute! It reminded us of everyone’s grandparents house with the old, well made doors and floors. We only stayed a few nights but were comfy the entire stay!
Thank you so much for a clean and comfortable place to land for our short trip in. We appreciate the place being fully stocked. We plan to be back soon!
Perfect place to stay for our 3 day stay. Only issue we had was parking. Wouldn't call it an issue, more of an inconvenience for loading and unloading the car from across the stree, but that will happen when staying in the mountains. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall a grwat stay.
Super nice, very clean house in a nice area of Charleston. Very comfortable. Really close to a few good restaurants and central to the places we needed to be that week. The only snafu was that we didn't get the check in info/code, etc 24 hours prior to our arrival as we're used to. We txt'd the host a few times and were parked in front of the house when we rec'd the information. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
We all had a wonderful stay. The house was so charming and comfy. Everything we could possibly need. Derrick was VERY responsive when I couldn’t work keypad lock. 10 star review. The kid friendly play area (basement) was a huge hit. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thank you for opening up your home to us. You made our trip to WV for a family reunion an absolute dream! Thank you!!

This was an unexpectedly charming and clean place. As soon as you walked in, it smelled nice, and gave a very good impression. It was better than I expected from the pictures. The neighbors were also very nice, and I felt safe in this area. It had everything we needed and the street parking worked out fine. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you for a nice stay!
This is the third year to stay at the S. Charleston house. It’s perfect for our family to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Angela and Derrick have the place clean and well stocked. The location is great for a walk to Bridge Road shopping area and the carriage trail. The host are available to answer any questions that I have. I will book this spot again.
