This apartment is located on the first floor which grants you direct access to the Lagoon, making it easy for you to relax under the sun, enjoy the magnificent view or begin your kayak/paddle board adventure.
The property is right next door to the Olive Hotel, only 80 yards away from the sophisticated O:LV Boutique hotel and 1 block away from the Vanderbilt Hotel and top-rated STK restaurant. In addition there are multiple restaurants, shops, and casinos walking distance and the beach is just a few steps away.

This is the only property in Condado with a private patio and direct access to the Condado Lagoon. This apartment is extremely cozy and relaxing. It is steps away from the beach, hundreds of restaurants, bars & casinos.
