This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first. The location is perfect, super close to everything we want to do and across from the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Too much: too many knick knacks in bathroom,and living room. very clean; manager responded immediate

Needs larger mirror in bedroom. Good location to beach, but road in front was very noisy and VRBO advertising did not mention road.

Great Experience

While the condo building itself was a little “tired,” the unit we stayed in was as described. Clean and updated. We had access to what we needed. The private beach across the street as great! The pool was good as well. Friendly neighbors. The location was central which gave us quick access to restaurants and some shops. Overall a great experience :)

Staying on the side of the highway

Would not go back!! Could not get past the loud continuous noise (especially semis, fire trucks/sirens) the highway/street 15 feet directly below the unit. Even with all the windows and patio doors firmly closed, was unable to hear the tv set. Hard to sleep and had a migraine most of our stay. Am amazed no one has commented on this! The actual condo was very nice n comfortable. Having a pool was lovely even tho it was unusually cool. Checkin was confusing. Precheckin instructions did not have parking information or sufficient directions on the location of the unit. Appreciated the timely response from the manager w the additional information and the ability to check in early.

Nice condo and location but loud!

The condo is very nice and recently updated with new furniture and appliances. Beds and couch were comfortable and everything was very clean! The location is perfect as the beach is across the street and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. They provide beach chairs, umbrella and toys which is nice. The heated pool was great as well. The view of the beach is very pretty but it is limited as you are looking over 2 streets and a traffic light. The one downside, and only reason we wouldn’t rent again or give this a 5 star rating is the noise. It is VERY loud with traffic noise! The condo sits at the corner of two of the busiest streets on the island so very early in the morning and all day into the late evening, cars, buses, semi’s and motorcycles are revving their engines to get through the traffic light. You will need to bring, ear plugs or noise canceling headphones and a fan to drown it out to sleep in the mater bedroom. And although the lanai is very nice and has great comfortable chairs to sit and watch the amazing sunsets, it is just too loud to be enjoyable. We unfortunately used it very little during our 6 week stay.

No elevator

The unit is beautiful and decorated very nicely. However, the listing twice states that there is an elevator. It even shows a picture of the elevator and states there is a cart to carry your belongings up in the elevator. Before booking I specifically asked if there was any hurricane damage. I was told no. I was shocked when we arrived and the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything up to the third floor (the garage is the first floor). My husband and I are senior citizens and I would not have booked had I been told the elevator was broken. In talking to others, it sounds like the elevator has broken several times before the hurricane, too. This dramatically affected our vacation as we were not able to carry all of our stuff up to the unit. If stairs are not a problem for you, this probably won't be a big deal. The garage also has several big holes from the hurricane that made it too hard for most cars to park in the garage. And the unit is directly at the Cortez bridge which is getting construction done all day long causing noise. Mostly heard the noise only on the deck. Again, the unit is beautiful, bed was comfortable, beach was great; our only concern was the elevator being broken.

Amazing Snowbird location

We absolutely loved everything about this unit. It had everything we needed for our 6 week stay, plus some! The unit is absolutely beautiful inside although we spent an awful lot of time outside and loved that we barely drove our car during the entire week stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was the absolute perfect location and home away from home!
