Three bedrooms tucked into a thoughtfully restored first-floor unit on one of New Orleans' most beloved streets - this is the kind of place where slow mornings stretch into lazy afternoons by the pool and evenings end with the sounds of the city drifting through historic windows. Magazine Street's rhythm of cafés, boutiques, and art galleries is right at your door, while the French Quarter and Superdome are just a short ride away.
Living space The open living and dining area sets the tone for the stay - warm, comfortable, and made for gathering. Ceiling fans hum overhead, central air conditioning keeps things cool no matter the season, and a 55" HDTV with Roku is ready for movie nights in. A dedicated workspace with a door offers a quiet retreat for anyone who needs to stay connected, and fast Wi-Fi runs throughout.
Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each dressed with plush bed linens and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. Ample clothing storage is available throughout, including walk-in closets, additional closets, and dressers - plenty of room to settle in properly. A Pack 'n Play and folding high chair are both available upon request, making the space well-suited for families traveling with little ones.
Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking. A Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and cooking basics mean you have everything you need. Dishes, silverware, and a baking sheet round out the setup. Sit down at the dining table inside, or take your meal out to the rear deck for dining under the open sky.
Bathrooms Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels. A bathtub and hair dryer are also available, and hot water runs reliably throughout.
Outdoor living The private, fully fenced backyard is one of this home's standout features. A heated pool - open all year, 24 hours a day, with pool toys included - sits at the center of the space, surrounded by lush greenery and a lemon tree. Outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a dedicated outdoor dining area make it easy to spend full days outside without going anywhere. The front porch with rocking chairs adds another layer of charm - ideal for coffee in the morning or watching the world stroll by on Magazine Street.
Location Mardi Gras season brings this home to life in a way few properties can match - parade routes pass directly in front of the house, just feet from the yard, putting you right in the thick of the festivities. Year-round, the surrounding neighborhood delivers: walk to independent cafés, local shops, and galleries, or hop in the car for a quick ride to the French Quarter and Superdome. Free on-site parking and free street parking mean getting around is never a hassle. A safe, iron, and in-unit washer and dryer round out the practical essentials for a comfortable stay.

I received a text thanking me for booking, I immediately asked about the pool because that was the main attraction.I requested to have it warmed which they tell you to ask about the heating in advance. When we got there it was dirty and cold.I didn't get a response until the next day but they sent someone right over.We wasn't able to enjoy it at night because it was cold. The hanging lights in the backyard doesn't work,I asked about it as well.I feel like the house is overpriced for them not to make sure everything works before a guest stay

Great location, clean and comfortable
Right on Magazine Street but not loud — walk to The Boulangerie for breakfast!
House is beautiful and clean. Beds comfortable. But house sleeps six and has only a few glasses and 5 plates. Master shower is very nice but with an overhead rain type shower head with very little water pressure — hard to rinse out the shampoo.
Would be nice to have better shampoo/conditioner. Lots of towels which is great! No drawers/dresser in bedroom so couldn’t unpack other than hanging clothes (about a dozen coat hangers)
Would stay here again but hope it was restocked and maybe a better shower setup.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful and clean house, the comfortable beds, and the convenient location on Magazine Street. It’s great to know that you had a positive experience and appreciated the nearby recommendation for breakfast.
I appreciate your feedback on the kitchenware, shower pressure, and toiletries. We will certainly look into improving the water pressure in the master shower and ensuring that our kitchen inventory meets our guests' needs. I’ll also make sure we provide better shampoo and conditioner options. Regarding the lack of drawers and dressers, we’re reviewing our storage options to enhance comfort for future guests.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. If you have any additional suggestions or need assistance during your next stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [contact information]. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.
Great place. Some of the windows had no locks on them. Kind of scary. Plus someone rang the doorbell at 2 am…. Security light came on. Place is very nice. Windows need to have locks

Thanks for the review Sally! Magazine is a pretty busy street so people walking on the street could've caused the security light to come on. The windows are unable to be opened from the outside. We hope you choose to book with us next time you visit NOLA!

Everything was lovely and our time in New Orleans was a blast. We never could figure out how to use the coffee maker. Is it working properly?

Great location - ideal house layout
This home has a great layout for small family or few couples or friends with 3 nice sized bedrooms with queen beds. There is 1 large hall bath and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The house is newly renovated and felt clean. It has a nice open concept with 3 stools at the kitchen island. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens are well appointed like a nice hotel - not overly fancy, but has just what you need. I appreciated the power plug ins in the bedroom and a full knife set in the kitchen. We were able to park one car on front of the house each night. The backyard is great although it was too cold to enjoy on our trip. The only downside is that the downstairs unit can hear al the footsteps or noise from the upstairs unit. Also, there is no cable for the TV so we could not watch the Saints game. You can stream netflix, etc. and I had no issues with the WiFi.
Location is great - .5 mile walk to pjs coffee and Whole Foods. App had all our check in and check out info in one place.
Fantastic property with a great location and upscale decoration. Great bathrooms, fantastic porch and a balcony. The only problem why missed a 5 star review was because of the listing where it was not clear that this was only the first floor of the duplex building and the 2nd floor was occupied by the owners so you could hear all the footsteps during your stay - although they were really nice during the stay

Great property. Great location and awesome yard and patios. Beds were super comfortable and each room was spacious. Would recommend they buy a couple dressers as there was really no where to unpack. Neighbors were great and renters in other unit was super nice too. All in all it was a good stay and we can't wait to get back to NOLA in the future.
