This Property looks out over Storm Bay and Alouarn Island...

Alouarn Island is clearly visible from the balcony, along with water front views of the Augusta boat harbour, Storm Bay and Flinders Bay. Stormy's beach is only few steps away and it is also a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters of Flinders Bay jetty and swimming beach.

Walking is one of the joys of Augusta and a footpath from the house into the town, the beach, the harbour and the delightful river foreshore is enchanting.

Summer through to winter will bring all seasonal surprises from fishy to the amazing arrival of the humpback whales. Whales are not the only attraction in Augusta, the local pod of dolphins are seen cruising the river and the beautiful grassed picnic area at The Colour Patch.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was amazing & the house was very comfortable for our family. The house was well appointed & we loved walking from the house along the beach & over to the marina. Even when the weather was windy or rainy, we could sit on the patio & enjoy the views quite comfortably & protected. We would highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful location! Just outside of the Augusta City limits. close to the Lighthouse (beautiful). Adjacent to great wallking running paths along the oceans. (Southern Ocena and Indian Ocean)

What a view!

The house is located in a fabulous position on the southern end of Flinders Bay overlooking the ocean and marina. Wonderful walks and scenery close by with the popular Granny's Pool swimming spot a short stroll away. The house is well equipped with a large dining/living/kitchen area facing the view. At the rear is a small garden and sitting out area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house despite the windy weather. Only down side was a minor problem with the plumbing in ensuite bathroom.
